~

It took a full day and a half to get to the boarder crossing, and of course they were stopped instantly.

Smit scrolled aimlessly on his phone, while Grizzy and Puffer, both hungover, argued about something mindless.

At least they didn't yell at each other like Tyler and Eli.

It didn't take long to get back on the road again, on their way to Winnipeg, which according to Smit, was almost as much as a dump as Detroit.

That was a bold claim.

And he wasn't lying, Winnipeg was a fucking dump. Honestly, John expected more from the syrup sippers.

Smit said not to worry though, because Saskatoon, and Regina were far better.

How much far better could be would be a broad statement, because it'd take a lot to get 'far better' if this was their standards.

Smit still had his sunglasses on, and he wore them basically everywhere. He was probably worried about people seeing his eyes, which John couldn't blame him for, but he was seriously missing his pretty eyes, which always had a hint, or glimmer of joy in them.

Smit's eyes motivated John a bit, they were unique, different, yet still just as, if not more beautiful then everyone else's.

Just like who they belonged too, different, but the most stunning man John had ever laid his eyes upon.

He was just so unexplainably cute, it was hard not to play with his fluffy hair, which John knew he'd get slapped for.

Smit wasn't one to have his hair touched by anyone but him.

But it was always perfect even though he made it dead obviously he didn't style it at all.

John had noticed lots of women in particular, take glances at his friend, and some men too, but mainly women. Impressive.

It was clear Smit was not trying to gain attention from the opposite sex, more then likely the same sex, but his style was working both ways, and well, which is impressive to John.

It's not everyday one steals glances from everyone - John included - and not even have to try.

No wonder why John had been getting these thoughts, his friend is literally immaculate, perfect in every way, who could blame him for thinking this way?

Himself.

He could blame himself.

Smit's just needs to stop looking so god damn hot all of the time, or someone's going to go fucking berserk.

John found it odd that before he'd met Smit, he'd never questioned his sexuality, and now he's sure he's gay.

Not bi, or pan, Just full on into dudes.

Something he's never even thought of before he'd met the most handsome man to walk the earth.

Maybe he should tell Smit that, both that he's hot as fuck, and that he's never really considered being gay before he met him.

Smit would probably laugh at him.

Smit said catching straight guys glances is always the best part. It probably is, because the look on their faces is all someone needs to see to know their suddenly questioning everything.

Smit was good at raising questions, he always had something on his mind, whether it was fun, or bothering him, the man has something to say.

Smit was a good vacation partner.

Just maybe Puffer and Grizzy weren't.

They gave me anti-depressants that fuck with my anxiety pills so they just made it worse :/

- Fun Fact(s) -

Winnipeg is actually a dump, don't go there.

Manitoba is probably the most boring province.

I went skiing at Panorama B.C in 2022, so I know what it's like there. I do believe people in the Olympics train there too!

I write off the top of my head, none of this is prewritten, or ideas I had before, it's all from my head. 😅

I'd also like to say that I do read every comment, and I love to read them all, but im a busy guy, and I just can't respond to some, so yeah.
