6 The depths of Peace

9 4 2

Enter into this world with me.
Look, it is just tranquility.
Listen, there is eternity.

A vast sea of forever,
The peace we deliver,
Reflected in the mirror.

What is to be seen,
Is a world so keen,
To lay in grass so green.

Skip a pebble at the lake,
It's a chance we have to take.
For our freedom's sake.

Peace is our right.
So let us take flight.
A moment of insight.

Now, come rest at the shore,
There's been many a chore.
Calm the mind that is sore

Peace is a balm to the soul,
A place we can feel whole.
Tears down your face start to roll.

Peace does allow us time to heal.
From adversities with which we deal.
It's simple, begin with a meal.

Poem 6 in the new Words_against_War series by Vedikha Lakshman-Singh

☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆

In this chapter we briefly discuss what peace is.

Peace, and it's depths are infinite. One need only accept the open embrace of peace and as an extension, inner peace, which is the key to happiness, bliss and joy.

Join me as we explore the depths of Peace in more detail in upcoming chapters.
