Lily was deeply in love with her boyfriend, Alex, but she harbored a secret that she feared might jeopardize their relationship. Lily & Alex are both in their mid-20s.

You see, Lily had a unique preference that she kept hidden from Alex: she enjoyed wearing diapers. It wasn't a need born out of necessity but rather a source of comfort and convenience for her.
