Oh, right- of course, the story.
This is the story of two unfortunate souls.
Both, wanting fame and a life full of riches and adoration.
One, a criminal from childhood.
The other, a dreamer that was led astray.
Both, dead in the end.
What a tragedy.
Our story starts in their childhood. In the rough and tumble days of 1920, in Rowena, Texas. A small town of mostly farm land, and a population of 300.
A 12 year old h/c girl steps outside a run down wooden shack of a house, carrying a bucket to a well, stomping.

She shrugs her shoulders and sighs dreamily, walking further.

" It must be great to be called the 'It Girl'..

The h/c girl lowered the bucket down the well, singing bitterly and sadly.
