"Get your hand off my finance, you young rascal," I look up, and oh no, my finance Lord Cassian and my father come storming over.

"How dare you touch my daughter like that!" My father yells. He grabs my wrist and pulls me out of the Captain's arms.

"Please, father it's..." I start,

"Shut up girl and go to your room at once."

I look down at my wrist to see that it is bleeding.

I feel arms wrap around my waist. Anya. I lean back into her arms.

"Please, my lords, I can explain." Cole pleads.

"EXPLAIN! There is nothing for you to explain, young man. You have overstepped your boundaries. Guards!" Cassian yells.

Just then I see Beorn come running around the corner. "Wesley!" I yell.

"I thought I told you to wait in your room. Go now!" My father yells.

Anya grabs my arm and pulls me along. I bend down and lift Beorn into my arms. Wesley comes walking over like nothing is wrong. His face is cold and blank. But I see the fire burning in his eyes.

"Wesley, you have to help him, father and Lord Cassian will kill him," I sob. "I can't lose another person."

Wesley hugs me. "It's okay Julia. I will take care of everything." At the sound of footsteps, we step apart. Micheal comes around the corner with a big bruise on his cheek.

"Lady Anya, I suggest you get this little lady to her room," he says in his forester's accent.

"Of course, come Julia."

We trudge out of the garden. I spot Jaden walking our way, I give him a look, he quickly nods his head and turns away.

We walk into our room. I drop Beorn to the floor, and Anya quickly shuts the door. "We need to get you out of here."

"Anya, please come with us," I plead. There's no way I'm leaving without her.

"Julia, I can't. I wouldn't survive a day out there," she replies.

"That's stupid, neither would I. Come on, besides, do you really want to have to marry some old fat man?" I ask, giving her a look.

She grins. "EWW! No, that's so gross."

"That's what I thought. You're coming with us. No buts!"

She sighs and looks away. "Julia, someone has to stay to keep an eye out on the servants."

"That's why we have Celie, she would love it. Come on Anya. It will be fun."

"Really, Celie? That is exactly why I need to stay."

"With this whole thing that went down, your brother will have to come with us."

"I know."
