"So graduation is next month what are your plans?" My mom asked. "Weh yuh want come in a life?"
I ended up waking up early, tried to go back to sleep but can't soI came downstairs just to see my mom in the livingroom and from that we've been talkingplus the whole week Ididn't go to school. Mi brain wah rest
"Mi wah open a fashion store" I said.
"Yuh wah design clothes?" She asked.
"Mmm hm" I nodded. "But mi wah have experience so I wanna go to college a fashion college" i said.
"Mm not bad" she said.
"Yeah, mi realised mi know fashion and know how to dress and you know.." I stated.
"Hm you know that although of hard work right? To open a store, design clothes and stuff" she said going walking into the kitchen.
"I know at least mi aguh ahead experience" I followed her.
"Anyways yah mek breakfast wid mi" she then changed the topic.
"Ok what are we making?"I asked.
"I'm craving breadfruit wid ackee." She said.
Watch yah muma a crave tho.
"Yah crave fi things tho yuh sure yuh nuh pregnant?" I jokingly asked.
"Johannah doh mek mi disrespect yuh" she said in a serious as I chuckled.
"Yuh even have breadfruit and ackee cause me nah go out" I said.
"Yes mi buy dem from last week" she said going in the fridge talking out 2 small breadfruit and a bowl of ackee that was already done.
"Here roast these on the stove" she handed me the 2 breadfruit and did as I was told.
