Chapter 9: Lunatic

Charlotte was seen dressed in a navy sweatshirt, a denim jean skirt, Peter's black leather jacket and black heels, with her usual jewellery and makeup, walking down the halls with Allison and Lydia.

"It's just weird, everyone talking about what happened the other night and nobody knowing it was us." Allison says

"Thank you for the protection of minors" Lydia states as Lola chuckles softly

"Do you guys think I made the wrong decision?" Allison asks

"About that jacket with that dress? Absolutely." Lydia scoffs, Charlie pocks her in the ribs shooting her a look

"You know what I mean" Allison retorts

"Hello? Scott locked us in that classroom and left us for dead. He's lucky we're not making us pay for his therapy bills" Lydia says

"What do you think Lo?" Allison asks

Lola sighs "Scott's an ass, but he's an ass that loves you. Follow your heart Ally, do what you think is right. And if you want I can kick his ass" she offers, causing the girls to laugh

"I might take you up on that" Allison jokes as they all laugh again

The girls smile at each other softly.

Charlotte was seen walking down the hall way a while later when Stiles runs up to her with the biggest smile "I made first line! I made first line!" he cheers

Charlotte's eyes widen in surprise but a proud smile takes over her face "Shut up! Are you kidding me?!" she shouts, the two ignoring the looks they were getting

"No! I'm serious!" he exclaims jumping up and down

"Holy shit! I'm so proud of you!" she says before hugging her brother who picks her up spinning her around as they both laugh

Stiles smiles at his twin at that who smiles back.

He puts her down smiling at her "Thanks Char" he then does a weird dance, making Charlotte laugh pulling out her phone recording him

On the lacrosse field Charlotte was sitting on the bleachers drawing not paying attention to anything around her, but she looks up when she hears "Danny!"

Seeing Danny on the floor she shoots up running straight towards him "Danny" she exclaims kneeling next to Jackson

Charlotte glares heatedly at Scott for hurting her best friend.

"Dude, what the hell are you doing?" Stiles questions confused

"What? He's twice the size of me" Scott defends as the paramedics rush over to Danny

"Yeah but everyone like Danny. Now everybody's gonna hate you" Stiles retorts

"I don't care" Scott replies, just as Lydia rushes over to the group huddled around Danny

"Is he okay?" Lydia asks Jackson who was standing next to Charlie with his arm around her shoulder both watching the paramedic's looking over their best friend

"Yeah, it looks like he just has a bloody nose..." he trails off staring at Lydia

"What?" she asks confused

"Your lipstick" he states

Lola looks at Lydia before looking at Scott realisation dawning on her face "Oh, huh, wonder how that happened" Lydia says

Allison looks between the two upset which Charlie notices and opens her arms when the Argent looks at her. Allison immediately sits next to the auburn haired girl cuddling into her arms as Lola runs her fingers through her hair.

Lydia grimaces at the thought of kissing Scott "Sorry" Lydia says looking at Allison who waves it off

"Yeah, I wonder" Jackson responds, as Stiles looks between his crush and his best friend with his jaw open.

Later that night once Charlotte knew hunters were out of the woods, she climbed out her window and walking to the woods. Once she's deep enough in she takes her clothes off just leaving her underwear before shifting into her wolf form and she takes off running.

Klaus was in awe of his daughter's wolf form, staring at the screen with a soft smile.

While she was running through the woods she suddenly stopped coming across a coyote who was staring at her curiously. Charlotte tilted her head feeling a pull towards the were-coyote and whoever the coyote was, their animal form looked awfully like hers.

The were-coyote flashed it's blue eyes and instinctively Charlotte's eyes flashed back with it, she felt protective over whoever it is and something shifted, almost like she was missing a piece of herself and upon seeing the were-coyote the piece returned.

Malia grins seeing herself and her mom bonding while in their animal forms, she loved it.

As for the were-coyote she felt safer than and more loved then she ever has before. She trusted Lola and she felt protective over her. She felt pulled towards her, like her supernatural sides were trying to tell her something.

Charlotte sniffs slightly the coyote's scent smelled familiar and their wasn't just werewolf and coyote in her scent, there was also magic and something else, but she smelled sort of like Peter and herself, which confused her but Lola just brushed it off thinking her nose was playing tricks on her, the only way that would be possible was if her and Peter had a child and they definitely did not.

The were-coyote stared at her before running off and Charlotte chased after her. The two stayed like that most of the night, running around the woods, playing chase, eating deer, jumping from cliff to cliff, cuddling in the coyote den and neither noticed the figure watching them from a cliff curiously.

Malia and Lola watch the screen with the biggest smiles, smiles that are identical, they loved that even though neither were human and they didn't know their connection to each other, they were bonding.

Charlotte felt an overwhelming love towards the were-coyote, she thought it would freak her out but it didn't, it felt right, but she was confused. But she decided to push her confusion to the side and just enjoy it.

Just sort of a filler chapter, but Charlotte and Malia bonding in their wolf and coyote forms is so cute!
