Have you ever wondered how to cope when you feel like you've lost a part of yourself?
It's like someone's been gone for ages,
However you only just realized they left.
Suddenly, you're not sure who you are anymore.
What parts of yourself were real
And what parts just a facade?
The uncertainty can be overwhelming,
Like a storm cloud that never dissipates.
You search for scraps of your former self,
But they're nowhere to be found.
It's like trying to piece together a shattered mirror -
Impossible and frustrating.
You feel like you're slowly disappearing,
Like an invisible ghost haunting the world around you.
It's a tough road,
Though you must remember,
You're not alone.
