Self harm, it's a battle,
a war with your own mind,
a struggle to survive,
when life seems unkind. It's a misunderstood affliction,
that's often judged and shamed,
but it's a real addiction,
that can't be tamed. It's a sign of deep pain,
that words can't express,
it's a plea for love and support,
to help ease the distress. So let's break the stigma,
and speak up with compassion,
for those who suffer in silence,
and need a helping hand to cherish and nourish their passionLet's create a safe haven, a place to heal and grow, where self-love and kindness flow.
Where scars are not a symbol of shame,
but a reminder of strength gained,
where hope shines bright,
and self-destructive urges wane.Together we can fight,
against the darkness that consumes,
and light a path towards,
a life full of love and blooms
