And so, nestled in the embrace of the man I was slowly falling for, I drifted off to sleep, the soft sound of his breathing lulling me into peaceful dreams.

It was a typical Wednesday at school, and I was making my way to my locker between classes. As I inputted the familiar combination, I was taken aback to find an unfamiliar envelope nestled inside. My curiosity piqued, I hesitated for a moment before reaching out to grab it.

With trembling hands, I tore open the envelope, my heart pounding in anticipation. Inside, I found a neatly written letter, declaring sentiments of affection from an unknown admirer. I couldn't help but feel a mix of surprise and confusion – who could possibly have feelings for someone as silly and immature as me?

Lost in my thoughts, I didn't notice Yeji approaching until she stood beside me, her eyes curious as she glanced at the letter in my hand.

"What's that?" she asked, her voice tinged with curiosity.

I blinked, still reeling from the unexpected discovery. "It's... a love letter," I replied, my words hesitant as I struggled to comprehend the situation.

Yeji's eyebrows shot up in surprise. "A love letter? From who?" she pressed, her curiosity evident.

Shrugging helplessly, I shook my head. "I have no idea. It's from an unknown person," I admitted, my mind racing with questions.

Yeji frowned, her expression thoughtful. "What are you going to do about it?" she asked, her voice gentle as she regarded me with concern.

For a moment, I considered my options. Should I confront the mystery admirer and seek answers? Or should I simply ignore the letter and focus on the one person who truly held my heart – Jungwon?

In the end, the decision was clear. "I'll probably just ignore it," I replied, a sense of resolve settling over me. "My heart belongs to Jungwon, and nothing else matters."

With that, I tucked the letter back into the envelope, determined to put the mystery behind me and focus on the love that is blossoming between Jungwon and me.

As Yeji and I walked into our classroom, the usual buzz of chatter filled the air. But as we approached our desks, I noticed whispers and glances directed my way. It didn't take long to realize what the topic of conversation was – me.

I tried to ignore the prying eyes and hushed voices as I took my seat, but then Jiyeon, the self-appointed queen bee of our class, and her clique sauntered over, their expressions smug and disdainful.

"What's this I hear about you and that hot street racer?" Jiyeon asked, her tone dripping with sarcasm as she looked me up and down.

I bristled at her words, feeling a surge of indignation rise within me. Jiyeon had never paid me any mind before, so why was she suddenly so interested in my personal life?

Before I could respond, she continued, her voice laced with contempt. "A kid like you, obsessed with Ramen, can't possibly be with someone like Jungwon," she sneered, her words like a slap in the face.

I felt a flash of anger and frustration bubble up inside me, but I quickly pushed it aside, refusing to let Jiyeon get the best of me.

Raising my chin defiantly, I met her gaze head-on. "And who are you to judge?" I shot back, my voice tinged with defiance. "Last time I checked, love doesn't discriminate based on what you eat or who you are."

Jiyeon's lips curled into a sneer, but before she could respond, Yeji stepped in, her voice firm and unwavering. "Seori's relationship is none of your business," she stated, her words cutting through the tension like a knife. "And if you have nothing nice to say, then maybe you should keep your mouth shut."

Jiyeon's expression darkened at Yeji's words, but she wisely chose to retreat, her clique following suit. As they walked away, the tension in the room seemed to dissipate, leaving behind a sense of quiet resolve.

I glanced at Yeji, grateful for her support. "Thanks," I murmured, offering her a small smile.

Yeji returned the smile, her eyes warm with understanding. "Anytime," she replied, her voice filled with conviction.

As the bell rang and class began, I couldn't help but feel a sense of pride and determination wash over me. Jiyeon's words may have stung, but they wouldn't deter me from pursuing happiness with Jungwon. If anything, they only strengthened my resolve to prove her wrong and show the world that love knows no bounds.
