Vivaan was sitting at the far end corner of the canteen eating his food alone. His eyes looked around to find everyone busy with their friends making his eyes welled up with unshed tears on finding himself lonely in a place full of people and friend. He took a deep breath and swallowed the food packed by his mother this morning, the only people he has to love. As he was about to take another bite of food, he saw someone standing beside him.

He looked up only to find a boy with curly blonde hair and a sweet smile on his face. Vivaan recognized the boy to be sam, friend of Romano brothers.

"Hii." He said sweetly.

Colors faded from Vivaan's face. Romano brothers means problem.

"Join us on the table." Sam said pointing to their table and Vivaan looked there only to notice Romano brothers , their friends and Alessa there.

For a second, he thought he invited yet another problem in search of a friend. But there is nothing he could do now and stood up not to anger them anymore.

While walking towards the table, he already decided what type of flowers he wanted for his funeral and then remembered he won't be buried but burnt.

And he didn't realize when he reached the table thinking about all this. One of the boy left a chair and he settled there as pointed by other one.

"Why you wanna be our sister's friend?" Noah asked before Vivaan could even sit comfortably.

Vivaan had no idea what to reply and he said the first thing came to his mind "She is a nice girl that's why."

But someone came to his rescue "I know him. We are in same class. He is a nice boy so I don't have any problem if they become friends." Ethan, twin of Alessa said instantly giving Vivaan some needed relief.

Noah was saying something when Vivaan's eyes met the one who was intently looking at him since he came here. He noticed those hazel eyes boring in him. His eyes had a flame which looked like it will burn you but at the same time warming if you understand the struggle behind them. Vivaan felt a sudden attraction to his handsome face.

Leo couldn't seem to take his eyes off him. Although he told his friends that there is nothing like that but he didn't know why he seems so interesting to him. The more he wanted to go away from him, the more destiny seemed to bring them together. His eyes moved up and met with his eyes. None of them averted their eyes, as if their eyes were not in their control.Both of them were trying to read each other. While Vivaan was reading Leo's emotions , Leo was trying to find what's there in him which was so exciting to take his attention.

But Noah's next words took their attention "Do you have some bad intentions with her? We have been in your age and trust me we know how guys actually think??"

Leo closed his eyes in frustration, he somehow was not liking this questionnaire session

While Vivaan knew what they must be thinking and he decided to clear their misunderstanding for once and all.

"I am gay." Vivaan said and a look of relief passed through all their eyes.

Leo felt a weird relief in his heart. He didn't know the reason but he felt as some weight has lifted off his heart.

"If my sister got hurt because of you, then you will see the hell." Noah said and Vivaan could just nod.

"And I am sure you know what hell we are talking about." Nial said with a dangerous look on his face.

" So you better have good intentions only." Xavier looked at him and did a gesture of killing.

Leo finally decided to intervene in their conversation to make Vivaan relax among these hungry wolves who were ready to tear his flesh just for trying to befriend their sister. Leo knew he had no bad intention. He knew very well that he was anything but a lier or betrayer.

"Sorellina, You are going home with me." Leo said trying to change the direction of the talks they were having.

And as he expected Noah and Ethan started arguing as to why Alessa won't be joining them.

After lunch, Vivaan and Alessa took their leave for their next class which was music. While walking to the class , Alessa asked Vivaan the question which was dreading her.

"Why were you sitting alone in the lunch." She asked suddenly and Vivaan couldn't stop himself from letting out the truth.

"I don't have friends." He said thinking about the loneliness he lived through.

Alessa was more than shocked on hearing him "What? But you are so talkative then why not. I mean you are so friendly type." She asked and he couldn't help but chuckle.

That was the personality he created to interact with more people. And proceeded to tell her about the bullying. And the main reason for telling her the story was to warn her, so that she can leave if she wants but her reply shocked him the most.

"This is so stupid. You don't spoil someone's life just because of a spilled drink. And don't worry you have me now." She said showing her bunny teeth taking me back.

"Are you sure? I mean bullying?" he asked unsure.

"We will fight them together." She said making a little fist , ready to put her fear aside for her first best friend.

"Really?" He couldn't help but hug her in excitement.

And here started a new friendship which will carve a beautiful love story for him.

This is Life !!!! A moment ago he was a loner with whom no one wanted to talk let alone connect and now he is a part of the most popular group of the school. Only if he knew this day is going to turn out like this.
