"Babe!"
You glance up from your phone. "Yes, love?"
Taylor storms into your bedroom, wearing a scowl that could rival a thunderstorm.
You arch an eyebrow. "What's wrong?"
"You've been home for ages!" she exclaims, her brows knitting together in frustration.
"So?"
"You haven't cuddled me, not even once!" Taylor's irritation echoes in her voice, and her hands gesture dramatically.
"Ha?"
"Cuddles ko nas'an na?" She stomps her foot on the ground and folds her arms across her chest.
You laugh and outstretch your arms. "'Lika na rito, arte arte mo," you say teasingly, rolling your eyes playfully as she walks towards you and collapses into you.
You secure your arms around her and lie back on the bed with her on top of you.
She nuzzles into your neck and you hear her breathe in.
You rub her back and press a kiss to the top of her head.
