I woke up to the sound of the alarm that once again disturbed my dream, a dream that flows like a daily river. I yearn to see the face of the person who haunts me in my dreams. If given a lifetime wish, my singular desire is to discern his identity and understand the role he plays as the focal point within the panorama of my dreams. It perplexes me; every cell in my body insists that he has the capacity to fill the void in my heart.

However, doubts creep in. Am I delusional ? How can a figure, whose face I have never seen and is confined solely to the ethereal realms of dreams, possess the potential to soothe the emptiness within me, a void plunging into depths more profound than the enigmatic mysteries concealed within a black hole!

The questions linger as I try to understand the mysteries of these dreamscapes and the complexities of my own subconscious. Even though I know I'm overthinking, making myself believe that these dreams do not possess any meaning in any way possible, there's something within me, perhaps lodged in my heart and soul, that insists, whispering that every single thing I see is real.

"Ahhh!!!" I sighed deeply.

I attempted to wipe the sweat from my forehead using the sleeves of my shirt, struggling to fully open my eyes and break free from the dream that ensnares me. If only I could erase these dreams too; they weigh heavily on my heart.

Yet, there's a part of me that yearns to see this faceless person, that monster.

How dare he? How dare he never allow me to have a peaceful sleep

I yanked the blanket, tossing it onto the bed, feeling too lazy to fold it—yeah, too tired. I blamed it all on that faceless troublemaker.

"Whatever," I growled, attempting to fold it, not wanting to return to a messed-up bed at night.Oh, my! I had wasted a lot of time sitting and pondering meaningless dreams when I had plenty of work to get done.

I hurried into the bathroom, completed my morning routine, and as I emerged, I was surprised to the core to find my one and only narcissistic, cheeky boyfriend sitting on the bed with his legs wide open.

"Can you at least use the front door?" I yelled at him.

"Why the window, like a creep? Oh, sorry, I forgot, you are a creep," I shouted again, tossing the towel I used to clean my wet hair at him. He caught it, giggling.

"Now, can you go out so that I can change, please? I'm already getting late for work," I growled like a mad person.

His giggling laughs were making me incredibly mad.

"I have other plans," he said, smiling creepily.

"Come on, sweetheart, I'm your boyfriend. You can get changed, no worries.''

"No thanks, get out NOW!" I screamed.

"Alright, alright, don't get angry, my Snookie bear," he stood up from the bed, telling me not to be late for work.

He came rushing towards me with those long legs, and I immediately tightened my hold on the towel in fear that it would fall down.

He kissed my forehead and waved goodbye with the most beautiful smile that could probably heal diseases. As much as I try to paint him as a creep (especially to my girlfriends), he is actually a loving, charismatic person deeply in love with me.
