Charlotte waited for Rutger to pick her up for their class, standing outside her apartment building. Once he arrived, the girl climbed into the passenger seat and smiled at him. " Happy birthday", he rolled his eyes, handing her an envelope.
She smiled at him, " does this mean I have to get you a birthday gift too?", the boy nodding sarcastically. Charlotte opened the envelope, two tickets falling out of the card. Of course she read it first, Rutger choosing a card that had music once you opened it. " Rut, these are Taylor Swift tickets. That's so expensive", she said, basically screaming because she couldn't believe it. He shrugged nonchalantly, Charlotte jumping over the middle of the car to hug him. Rutger laughed, wrapping his arms around the girl before she got back in her seat. " You should come with me, since you bought them",
" I thought you would've wanted to take Olivia, since you guys always talk about her concerts", he said, " What makes you think I listen to Taylor Swift?",
Charlotte scoffed, " You listen to her religiously. Plus, the amount that I make you listen to her, you should be a fan by now", she spoke, Rutger smiling a bit. " Well let me know, but I want you to come",
