"You won't talk?" he asked. Her silence was enraging him.

Autumn lifted her head and stared intently into Zyler's eyes. He couldn't help but feel a rush of emotions coursing through his veins. Her piercing gaze held him captive, and he couldn't look away. "Because you raped me with your cigar pipe," she screamed at the top of her lungs. Her breath searing with anger. His accusation rubbed her the wrong way.
