Y/n is finally 18 after three years and in those three years y/n has learnt from her mistakes, took new opportunities, made hard choices and now lives happily with herself and her life.
She's made quite the journey if you think about it. After all we can both agree she's been through a lot the last 17 years.
Now at the age 18 she got heart broken for the last time. She realised that in the end she needed to put herself first. It really fucked her up but after all the heartbreaks, after all the relationships, she just need to be on her own for a while.

The rest of the years that she'll live will be different.
She really started caring about her well being.
She finally started caring about herself.
Let's be honest it took her a while before she could get here to where she is today, I think we all are proud of her. She's pregnant with twins and has her own dream house. She got so far in life when she finally realised that she needed to care for herself and take time off to heal emotionally.
Y/n is really happy with where she's at, she's decided to give love a break.
