Sai's smile never wavered, he eyed Naruto up and down appreciatively, even whistling lowly. He took a step forward but paused when Naruto sent him a warning growl

"What the hell are you doing here?" Naruto demanded. Sai kept his smile, further infuriating Naruto. "Oh I've moved back in town, I've gotten tired of the city life you see. Too noisy, too polluted, and I needed some inspiration for my new art works" he replied pleasantly but Naruto refused to allow himself to fall to such 'pleasantries'

"And I thought...what better place for inspiration than wonderful little Konoha? My home town" Sai's smile was then replaced by an unpleasant smirk, causing Naruto's stomach to churn. Sai took a few steps towards him, causing Naruto to growl warningly and take several steps back.

His back was then pressed to the wall, causing him to feel panicked and anxious. "Shit I'm cornered" Naruto thought.

"Naruto Naruto Naruto....you barely changed since I last saw you, still as feisty as ever" Sai leaned into his personal space, causing Naruto to stiffen, and his heart beat quickened. "Hmm...my my, and you still have this wonderful aroma, my precious little omega"

"Don't call me yours" Naruto hissed, hiding his distress with anger. "Why not Naru-chan? You were mine..once upon a time, don't tell me you've forgotten? Our wonderful days spent together, our time cherished with one another" Sai pressed his nose against Naruto's scent gland and started inhaling, feeling disappointed and annoyed that Naruto's sweet aroma was being blocked by the damned collar. He wanted to rip it off so he can enjoy Naruto's delicious scent properly

"Yeah, I do remember. I remember the bitches you'd fuck behind my back, I remember the numerous times you played me like a fool, tugging me around like a puppet on strings" Naruto pressed his hands against Sai's chest and tried to push the taller boy off him, but Sai just wouldn't budge. "I remember you hitting me because I didn't want to sleep with you, and you accusing me of cheating on you with my best friends when YOU meanwhile have been cheating on me with half the fucking school!" Naruto was releasing pheromones so potent that Sai would have been choking if Naruto wasn't wearing his collar

"Get off me you fucking man whore, before I rip your balls off " Naruto said through clench teeth.

Sai growled and grabbed Naruto's chin, squeezing his face. "Listen here you little omega bitch!" He hissed. "You're nothing but a worthless bed warmer who's only purpose in life is to get fucked, and get pregnant. You think you're so special because that psycho Uchiha picked you up from the streets?! You think he actually loves you? No, he doesn't, he's just using you for your tight little hole, because that's all you're good for, your body" his nails dug into Naruto's cheeks

"Fuck you! Sasuke isn't like that!" Naruto denies strongly. "Oh yes he is" Sai laughed. "You want to know why? Because he's an Alpha, all Alphas are the same when it comes to omegas. Because we only want, and need, one thing from you. Your bodies, your tight asses, and your wombs, that is literally all you're good for" Sai chuckled darkly and licked Naruto's tears, causing the blonde to flinch and try to push him off again, but still Sai was unmoving.

"Awwe..my precious Naruto, look at you crying so prettily" Sai cooed. The blonde bit his lower lip hard to prevent his sobs from escaping. He felt small, weak, and pathetic. He felt like a mouse back into a corner by a cat. "Screw you" Naruto managed to choke out.

Sai chuckled before leaning to try and kiss Naruto, but was then yanked back and tossed against the wall by someone.

Naruto dropped to the floor, eyes tear filled and shaking. He looked up at his saviour and saw Shikamaru looking at him with worry and concern. "Shika" he managed to say.

Shikamaru glared at Sai "What the fuck did you think you were doing?!"

Sai rubbed his shoulder in pain and glared back at the meddler. "Shikamaru Nara, long time no see, lazy bones" he said with a shitty smirk.

Shikamaru advanced towards Sai but Naruto grabbed hold of his hand. "Shika..don't" he pleaded. Shikamaru looked down at the blonde who was still on the floor. "Naruto-"

"Just take me home, I want to go home" Naruto insisted.

Shikamaru looked at Naruto worriedly, before looking back at Sai with disdain. "Alright" he said before helping Naruto to his feet and leading him out of the restroom, throwing Sai one last withering look along the way.

Once they were out of the restaurant, Naruto hugged Shikamaru tightly and openly cried. The spiky haired Alpha rubbed his back comfortingly. "Fuck, what did he do to you back there? I should have checked on you sooner" Shikamaru said regrettably

"Just hold me Shika.." Naruto pleaded. So, that was what Shikamaru did
