SYNOPSIS !
regulus snow is a spitting image of his grandfather when he was younger. they looked exactly the same. regulus had a tendency to speak out which is how he ended up with the wylan family in district four. the wylan family were just a wife and a husband but would say they felt complete when they got regulus.
theodora odair was 15 years old when she won the 72nd hunger games. she was always the sweetest girl nice to everyone even after the games. finnick odair (her older brother) was her rock she didn't have many people outside of them.
regulus remembers the first time he saw her. theodora remembers the first time she saw him. it was as if falling in love at first sight exists. the two quickly became friends and fell in love.
when it's announce that the quarter quell will be all old victors what happens when her name is called?
