The rain was pouring down from the dark sky as everyone who came looked either devastated on the verge of tears like her grandfather from her mother's side, her family and those who were close to her mother while some were faking their sadness, quite happy that the duke Candmione is finally single as they were secretly planning to somehow arrange a marriage between him and their daughter

It doesn't matter that he have four biological children and four adopted children, a duke is a duke and an extremely wealthy one, the power they'd gain if that happened would be unimaginable, after all those pesky nobles would never change at all, Leticia is not surprised by this at all

And lastly her family, her dad Cale Candmione henituse had a tired devastated expression he looked like he wanted to cry but tears won't come from his eyes, he wanted to finally talk to her after giving his wife a cold treatment when she came to explain herself, but Cale henituse was too heartbroken for that, he loved her so much and he knew she loved him too but he felt betrayed, he never planned to have a family but he fell in love with his wife but it seemed that he never loved her enough for her to do something like that to him, to their kids, he wanted to trust her but he was afraid to be betrayed again and when he saw the desperation in his wife, he decided to give her a chance to explain herself, only to find a pale and cold body hanging from the Ceiling

His wife Leilin Shawn Candmione Henituse committed suicide

He didn't knew if it was guilt that led her to do this but Cale had other thoughts, even if she had betrayed him he can't help but be devastated when he found out, he loved that women so much, he had four kids with her he planned to spend the rest of his life with her, if only he would have listened what she wanted to say

Leticia looked at her mother's coffin in front of her, she felt bad, she felt bad that she isn't feeling anything at her mother's death, she had it coming, karma must have punished her, even if her mom raised her and her siblings with love she can't help but hate her

After all her mother cheated on her father

Her father, her and her siblings saw it with their own eyes so she can't help but feel anything

A hand was placed on her shoulder "Are you alright Sister?" She turned to find her younger sister Adelaide looking at her, her red eyes indicating that she had cried a little, it's expected since she was practically her mother's favourite daughter, maybe because they had similar black hair?

"Tell me Adelaide, am I heartless if I say that I don't feel anything right now?" Her eyes widened but then she looked at her with a sad face, Leticia and Cale have always been very close, they had a deep understanding towards each other and on the other hand Leilin and Leticia may not get along very much but they had loved each other

Well that's a past tense, Leticia could never forgive her mother for cheating on her dad, the moment she saw her father's shattering face when he found out, she swore to hate her mother for lifetime, call her a heartless person but she wouldn't care

"You aren't heartless sister, you're broken, too broken to express yourself right now, you and dad have that in common"She said with a sad face "Older brother hong is with Leonia right now, she said that Leonia feel asleep it seems that she cried a lot, even if she's a reincarnated child, she's still a child after all"

"Grandpa deruth and grandma violin with sister ohn and brother raon are with dad right now, he shouldn't be left alone right now"Adelaide continued

Leticia then spotted her another order brother, Xavier/Javi, he was crying silently at her coffin, ofcourse, he was the closest to her after all, she made her way towards him and comforted him, making sure that he knows that he can cry on her shoulder
