Outer Code: Another Day, Another Story

Start from the beginning

The job involved an investigation of whatever phenomenon would cause the end of the world by 2018. Of course, he could find out and take care of the problem right away, but where the hell was the fun in that?

Shinketsu: We should be getting close. Any signs of it?

(Y/N): Yep.

He had been provided with the best place to start his adventure/job/investigation. He jumped over an icy peak and saw his destination not too far away beyond the storm.

CHALDEA SECURITY ORGANIZATION

(Y/N): Looks like a Foundation Site. Ah, that brings back memories. I wonder if they keep an immortal gecko in there...

Shinketsu: Chances are that if they do, it's in the form of a gender-bent Servant.

(Y/N): Hah! Another reason why these realities are super funny. Let's get acquainted with these guys who didn't survive their first doomsday. Massive skill issue, could not be me.

Shinketsu: Now remember, you lost our bet, so put down the crack and infiltrate quietly.

(Y/N): Fucking dishrag using the damn loser goddess to cheat on the bet. Gonna put you in the bleach blender, that's what I'll do.

Quietly swearing revenge against his wardrobe, (Y/N) threw himself from the summit of the mountain, and just before he hit the ground, he vanished. Nobody was watching that stunt, but he decided to be theatrical anyway because it was funnier.

And just like any other day, he was off to a new adventure.

Five Minutes Later, Chaldea Security Organization

(Y/N): Yeah, I should've figured this place used biometric scanning.

The first obstacle in this adventure wasn't some tutorial battle or beginner mission, it was to figure out how to come up with an alibi to make himself seem human.

Now, he was proudly human, but his body wasn't, what with it being a perpetual motion machine running on a reality-warping anomaly that lacked its own heart, specifically designed to contain an omnicidal eldritch horror and all that.

(Y/N): ...Ah, screw it. I'm doing everyone a favor by being "stealthy" anyway, I'm not putting in more effort.

He rolled his eyes at the massive door he was facing and casually teleported inside. His brand of warping was instant and soundless, which was completely wasted in someone as loud as him.

Having successfully infiltrated Chaldea, he took a moment to inspect the pristine cobalt walls of metal that made up the hallway he was standing in. There was a panoramic view of the Arctic on the side, and the air was just cool enough to be pleasant.

All in all, not a bad interior design. Could use a bit more life, but that could come later.

Now, he just had to walk around and see who he stumbled onto first and figure it out from there. He loved to improvise.
