" God, this is pathetic ..." I grumbled under my breath, my discontent evident in each heavy step I took. The weight of the day pressed down on me as I navigated through the bustling stream of students pouring out of the school. Pulling my jacket tighter around me, I shielded my eyes from the harsh glare of the sun, its beams beating down relentlessly on the earth below. The scorching sunlight intensified my frustration as I trudged my way through the crowd, trying to make my way quickly to the busses.

244... 244... where the hell is ... Ah, 244. I quickly climbed the steps of the bus, happy to see the front seat open as i quickly sat down, sitting on the outer seat so nobody sat next to me as i put my bag next to me.

I plugged in my headphones, a relief escaping my lips as I settled into the seat. With a glance out the window, I rested arm on top of my bag and tugged my hood up over my head more. As the engine roared to life, the bus started its journey, rolling past a series of stops. First, a preschool appeared, a series of kids running around. Then, we passed by the looming and bare presence of a police station, the parking lot empty of police cars . The scenery shifted to a peoples workplaces and other places, houses blurring by as the bus seamlessly navigated through the route. My gaze remained fixed on the window as the bus kept going.

As the bus reached my stop, I made a beeline straight for home, clutching my bag tightly as I navigated down the familiar street. A yawn escaped my lips, a testament to the weariness that clung to me after a tiring day. Lost in thought , I mumbled, "I wonder..." and continued my journey.

Arriving at my driveway, I let out a slight mumble before heading inside. The door closed behind me, and I promptly kicked off my shoes. Setting my bag down, I quickly went up the stairs and entered my room. I quickly rifled through my closet, taking out the merchandise from the restaurant from yesterday, tossing the animatronic plushies onto the bed, before situating cupcake in the middle of the four before looking at the three masks.

"Dang it... I'm missing Bonnie," I grumbled in disappointment, a low groan escaping me. "I wanted him, he's honestly the best one... I'll just go back and be careful," I mumbled to myself, the determination evident in my voice as I contemplated a return trip to the restaurant.

"But do i really need all four...?" biting my lip, i shook my head. "Ill do it later..." i trudged over to my bed and flopped down on it dramatically, and it seemed i quickly fell fall asleep not soon after,

Standing back outside the building now was different, it was darker, as it was only 2am. I looked around, lightly chewing on my lip in confusion as I stared at the car in the parking lot. "Huh... that's weird." I shrugged, and made my way over to the place where i entered before, and slowly creaked open the door.

"The hell.." I mumble as I made my way through the dark halls, as some lights flickered before finally making it into the main room. "What the fuck?" I said loudly as I stared in shock of everything broken and fallen over. "It was fine yesterday?!" I gaffed, quickly stepping over the broken glass the best I could to get to the prize corner to check if they had what I wanted.

"God this place is a mess.." Mumbling, i rummaged through the prizes, slightly nervously chuckling from the creepy vibe I was finally getting before putting the bonnie mask on my face, and looking at myself through the mirror at the toy counter.

"Awesome..." I mumbled, doing finger guns at the mirror before jumping as a shuffle of feet was heard behind me, " Shit !" I practically yelped as I flung myself around, before coming face to face with a child.

"God, don't you know not to scare your elders?" I spaz, clutching my chest. "Who are you..? Your not meant to be here..." the young girl shook her head and slowly backed away, "Uhh, figment of your imagination?." She's a child, surely... "My friends like you." The kid stared blankly at me, shrugging.

Okay... what the hell is this, probably an orphan, speaking about? "Okay... we'll if you don't mind...- uhh... what's your name.?" I ask, "Abby ." She responded, lightly chewing on her lip, "Well Abby where are your, uh, caretakers..?" I asked, crouching down to her level, "Sleeping."

"Uhuh... well, I'm... just call me Delilah... uh," just to be safe I gave her a fake name, now, how do I get out of this....

"Do you wanna play?" I shook my head fast, "No whatsoever, actually, but funny you remind me but I have to be heading home- so I'm just going to skedadd—..." I slowly side stepped away from the price corner and the child, and quickly tried to make my way away before crashing hard into a large metal wall.

Metal...? The walls here aren't metal? Slowly looking up I freeze, my mind going blank as I stare up at the larger version of my mask.

"Yooo... that's awesome." I said with raised brows, having to strain my neck to stare up. The animatronic cocked their head to me, before reaching down at me. "Oh..."

"...nevermind" I said shortly after ducking and sliding under a table to crawl away, "AH—!." I yelped as the young girl just watched, "Don't worry! They're just trying to tickle you! " "THEYRE?" And once again, I smack into something hard, tumbling and hitting the ground.

"Oh shit it's big bird." My voice cracked as I stared up at the looming animatronic. I was picked up from behind, held in a tight enough grip I couldn't leave as the young girl ran over to start tickling my body as I watched in confusion, horror dialing down.

"I'm not ticklish." I said shortly after as the child started to get frustrated. "Help me." She said to the two side animatronics as they came up in stomping steps. "WOAHHH." I thrash in blue arms.

" HELPP -." I loudly yell, before hearing loud footsteps from behind me. "Right... that's a thing— SECURITY PERSON, MAN- WHOEVER YOU ARE HELP." I called out loudly as I kicked and squirmed, because the fact is, it isn't fun being poked at by like 500 pound animatronics when they don't know how to be gentle.
