Rick jogged after her, "wait up." he said as he slowed down, walking besides her, "I need to talk to you." he said

Amanda kept walking, "Okay, so talk." She said as she  walked up the driveway to one of the houses

"Amanda please." Rick said, trailing behind her.

"I'm listening, Rick. You wanna talk, so talk." Amanda said as she grabbed a trash bag and hummed softly as she looked around

"What're you thinking about?" Rick asked as he leaned against the hood of a car in the driveway

Amanda sighed as she looked over at him, "I'm thinking about how we need to get off the road and find some stability. You're becoming crazy, Rick. You're like... Murder hungry."Amanda said, "It's scary, Rick." Amanda admitted,

Rick looked taken aback but nodded at her feedback, "I don't know." He sighed, "I just.. I want us to be safe. There's no rules anymore. Just... Do. Do what you need to do to survive. Kill or be killed. I can't... I don't see any other way to survive." Rick said

Amanda looked up as Maverick came trotting over. She kneeled down, petting him as she rested her chin on his head, "We just need stability. I need you to be my husband and not my father. I am more than capable to do all the things you can do."

"I know, I know." Rick said as he watched Maverick, "You're just so beautiful... You think men won't pounce at the opportunity to harm you?"

Amanda shrugged, "I don't know, Rick. I just need autonomy." She said

Rick nodded, "I think we stay here tonight. Radio the other group, tell them to join us."

"That's a good idea."Amanda said, "I think there's a small community center, we can clear it out and all stay there."  She offered

Rick nodded, "After you." he nodded as he trailed behind her

Amanda walked down the road, exhaling deeply as she knocked on the door to the community center. She peeked inside, exhaling deeply as she looked around, noting a few charred up and dismembered walkers.  She ran fingers across a shelf, looking at the dust. Amanda sat down on the couch, looking up as Rick walked in

"Seems pretty empty." Rick noted as he sat down on the edge of a ping pong table

Amanda looked up at Rick, her eyes full of sadness, "yeah." she said as she shifted in her seat. She sighed quietly as she leaned back, resting her hands on her stomach as she tried to relax.

Rick slid off the edge of the table and walked over to her, sitting besides her. He pulled her onto his lap, patting her hip softly, "we'll find someplace." he promised, "If i can't find it, it'll build it. Someplace quiet... For you and me and Carl and Judith."

Amanda looked up at Rick tiredly, examining him closely. She ran her fingers through his messy gray beard. She trailed her fingers down his shoulder and tugged on his brown shirt, looking up at him cautiously.

Rick raised his eyebrows, grinning at her as he lifted Amanda up and repositioned her so she was straddling him.

Amanda leaned down and kissed him deeply, wrapping her arms around his neck as she slid off her backpack, letting it fall to the ground, "We have to be quick." She mumbled against his lips

"I hate when you say that." Rick said as he helped Amanda slide her shirt off. He kissed her neck as he unzipped his jeans, pulling them down.

Amanda climbed off his lap, sliding off her own jeans and her boots, "Hurry." Amanda begged as she watched Rick slowly slid off his boots
