A week later a taxi picked Jake up, and arrived at Adams family house. They joined him few minutes later, right after packing their suitcases in the trunk. Vergilia greeted Jake with a kiss before she took a seat next to him.

-How was your morning? - asked Eva.

-Not bad. - Jake answered.

-You don't look too scared. - said Simon. - Damien doesn't like flying.

-I'm quite excited. - Jake chuckled in response. - When I was younger, I wanted to be a pilot.

-What changed? - Simon asked.

-I get annoyed too easily to deal with people face to face. - Jake sighed. - Also I would have to trust the other pilot, which is something I would have problem with. Not so long ago I found another reason against it. I would prefer to stay closer to my home.

-I agree, you would get lovesick too easily. - Vergilia teased.

-Exactly. - Jake nodded before he kissed Vergilia's cheek. - I wouldn't need a plane to fly back to you.

After around half an hour they were at the airport. The process of getting to the plane was uneventful. Jake was surprised how big the planes were when he saw them up close. He never had a chance to travel by one after all. They were seated in the first class. When the plane started taxing to the runway, Jake smiled widely. Then it stopped, and started the run up and took off from the airport. Jake watched as the city was becoming smaller and smaller as they were climbing up. It was a beautiful view.

-I see that you like it. - Vergilia said, happy to see her boyfriend like this.

-I do. - Jake agreed. - But the most beautiful view is right over here. - he added turning his head to face his girlfriend.

Vergilia laid her head on Jake's shoulder and smiled as she felt him kiss her hair.

Few hours later the flight attendant announced that they would be getting ready for landing. The attendants prepared the cabin for landing, then Jake could feel that they smoothly went down and touched the runway. Then it stopped and all the passengers got off the plane.

Jake and the Adams took their luggage, before they headed to the hotel for the night. They rented a car for the whole stay. Simon drove them to the hotel, while Jake looked through the window. They arrived to the fancy hotel soon. Jake knew that Simon and his family could afford a lot of stuff, but he was surprised anyway. Simon checked them all in their rooms, before he turned to Jake, Vergilia and Damien.

-Vergilia, who do you want to share your room with, Jake or your brother? - he asked, a smirk on his face. Vergilia blushed lightly and cleared her throat.

-Damien snores, so I prefer Jake. - she answered.

-Jake, anything against it?- Simon asked.

-Not at all. - Jake shook his head.

Simon gave them the keycards to their rooms and with that, they were on their way there. Their luggage was delivered to the rooms soon after. Jake followed Vergilia's steps inside. His eyes widened at how good the room looked.

-How do you like it? - Vergilia asked, wrapping her arms around Jake's waist.

-Very much so. - he said, hugging her back. - It all feels like I'm dreaming. How much you changed my life is beyond me.

-You're not dreaming, I'm here with you, both of my parents accept you and we will be spending our first night in Paris now. - Vergilia said, smiling. - And I think I want to do with you something that we have never done before. But first we have to have a dinner with my family, so they wouldn't grow suspicious.

-I have a bad influence on you. - Jake chuckled before he pecked her lips. - Let's go, before I will change my mind.

With that said, they left their room and made their way to the hotel's restaurant. The rest of Vergilia's family was already waiting for them at the table.

-How is your room? -Simon asked.

-Very nice. - answered Vergilia, with what Jake agreed. - Though Jake looks a bit tired now.

-Yes, it's been an eventful day. - Jake nodded.

They ordered their food and talked about the plans for the next day. Jake perked up a bit, when he heard what Simon had for them. He couldn't wait to see it all for the first time in his life. Then his mind went back to what was waiting for him in the room, and he started playing tired again. After they ate, they were back in their rooms. Jake locked the door behind him, picked Vergilia up and threw her on the bed, making her laugh.

-Show me why all the girls want you to give them your attention time after time. - she said, pulling Jake closer.

-I'll make sure you will feel good. - Jake smiled, before he kissed her, starting a very passionate night.
