Warning!! Mature Chapter, includes sexual content

You can't help the startled giggle that burbles from your chest as Clay gleefully swings you over the short gate, his hands clasped tight around your waist and yours on his forearms, shoving back the flannel to feel the tendons tighten before he plops you back on your feet. It was so much darker on this side of the gate, the streetlights blocked by a well-groomed wall of oak and maple trees.

His hands lingered on your waist, thumbs sliding just under the edge of your halter top before he lets go to grab your hand again. It felt so childish, making you giddy as he dragged you deeper into the cover of darkness, the sweep of wind through fall leaves forcing your heart to stutter as you catch his face in the light of the full moon.

He was so handsome, you had noticed it before of course, but it had been an idle fantasy. A daydream in your bed at night or while you caught his sideways glances and little smirks when he spent time with your brother. The way you felt like his eyes lingered just a little longer than they should or when he had mopped up your bruised and scraped knee after a biking accident last year. How he wiped away your tear when your ex had broken up with you, sliding into your personal space and stealing soft touches whenever it felt appropriate.

But he had never been this bold, he'd never actually gone for it, you had never let yourself believe that maybe he shared your fantasies and when he looked at you he wondered what it would be like to hold your mouth on his and slide his hands.

Your face turned pink at the thought, hand clasping his just a little tighter as you trip over a root concealed by the shadows. How he sped so effortlessly through growing darkness you had no idea, but he seemed to have a spot in mind, just far enough from the trail that no one would see or hear the two of you but not so far you would get lost.

"How often have you been out here?" You pant, trying to keep pace with his long legs, your heavy steps scaring away wild life and making your pants the only sound in a dark drenched forest.

"Often enough, I like running out here, it's peaceful." His voice was more of a whisper than yours, clearly not out of breath as you were.

"How did I not know that you ran?" You gasp back at him, trying to spot where your feet were going but it felt impossible now the canopy so thick over head. "And how can you see where you're going?" You ask, foot catching on something else before you stumble into his chest, not noticing how he had stopped, turning to look down at you.

"You don't know a lot of things about me (y/n)"He murmured, his voice held the thrill of a little danger as he looked down, his eyes held the moon, a flash of yellow that made them almost seem glow in the dark like a dogs for the briefest moment. Your breath coming out in pants as you look up at him.

"Like what?" You whisper, suddenly finding it difficult to form the right words with him towering over you as he did. His lips slowly drew up in a little smirk, showing sharp canines that flash in just the hint of moonlight streaming between clouds and boughs.

"Like how badly I've wanted to do this for years," He leaned down, pressing his mouth to yours again. It was more aggressive than the first time, his hand lacing through the hair at the back of your head pulling back to angle your head just right for him to devour your lips.

You can't help but let out a little noise into the kiss, pressing your body to his as your hands come up to grasp either side of his face, feeling the hint of a fresh shaved chin and brushing your fingers back into his hair. It was so soft, you got lost in the feeling of running your hands through it for a moment, grasping it tightly as he grunted back, pulling away just to breathe properly again.
