Chapter 21: Interview

"Want to say to you're family in the Philippines?"

"Oh right... Ma! Hi! Ako to, Ezra! I miss you so much mother! Malapit na mama! Malapit na ulit tayong magkita! I hope you are in good terms. You're condition is fine! Soon mother! I'll be back home, to you! Keep safe mother! I love you!" Nag flying kiss ako sa camera at ngumiti.

"How about you're father?"

"His dead before I came here in Seoul for training." I smile halfway.

"Ow sorry," she smile sincerely. Tumango ako at okay naman. Alam kong masaya si papa ngayon, alam kong nakikita nya ako at alam kong proud sya sa akin. "Everyone curious about you're experience in love. Did you fall for the guy before? What does it feel like to be hurt?"

Dinaan ko sa tawa yung kaba. Hindi agad ako naging komportable. "Uhm pano ko ba sasagutin to," muli akong natawa, bigla akong pinagpawisan. "Yes. I fall for a guy when I was in high school. It's been a months before I move on. When I enter in MI Entertainment, in Melody... when I was called to go here in Seoul. It's my first time to be broken. You know? A high school love? Sabe ko hindi ko na aalalahanin pa eh. Napabuntong hininga ako. "What does it feel like to be hurt? It hurts so much, to the point that I just don't want to accept it. In just a fucking day I found out why he was cold to me. I'm still very immature when it comes to that love. Because his my first, my first holding hands, kisses, hugs everything."

"Why did he cheat on you?"

Natawa ako dahil sa derektang sagot nya. "No comment. I'm happy now though. I feel free and a live. This past few days while resting from my sick I feel like I can do this. I can do whatever I want. That's why I'm happy."

"That's good to hear, Ezra. I'm happy for you. Thank you for this interview." Ngumiti sa akin yung interviewer. Ngumiti ako at tumango.

"Anytime," ngumiti din ako sa camera.

"Anything to say?"

"Ah yes. Thank you for the support. Thank you for the love, care and to keep supporting me. Thank you for supporting Melody. Can wait to see you all in the crowd. I'm Ezra, I'm part of Melody. Thank you!"

The next month which is December may event kaming pinuntahan na anim. It's a conference for the upcoming third evaluation. Makakasama namin ang ilang stars at celebrity at kpop groups ng MI Entertainment. Naka white dress ako with black boots. Ready nadin kaming lahat ng lumabas kami ng floor namin. Deretsyo sa labas ng MI Building. Muli kaming sinalubong ng malalakas na tilian ng mga fans. Dami na nila kahit hindi pa kami nagde-debut. Nakakatuwa dahil naappreciate nila yung efforts namin. I wave and smile to the crowd. Ganon din ang ilan habang papasok kaming anim sa itim na van ng company.

"Ang dami na nating fans." Tiara said habang nakatingin bintana na nakasarado. Patuloy parin sa pagwave ang ilang fans namin.

"Yup, hindi pa tayo nakakapag debut nyan." Celestine said at umayos na kaming lahat ng upo. Ilang minuto din ang byahe papunta sa isang hotel sa Seoul. May red carpet pa na nakalatag sa entrance ng hotel may mga staff pa nakatayo sa labas ng hotel may ilang paparazzi at camera ang nag flash habang palabas kami ng van.

Ngumiti agad kami at nagwave sa lahat habang lumalakad sa red carpet. Dalwang helera kaming lumakad, ako, Tiara at Celestine ang nauna habang nasa likod namin sina Attia, gitna si Catronia at sa gilid nya si Calypso. Ngumiti kami at nagulat ng bigla nila kaming inabutan ng bouquet of flowers.

"Gamsahabnida." (Thank you)

Agad kaming pinapasok sa loob ng hotel nakangiti kaming pumapasok ang daming tao na naka formal siguro ang ilan ay mga stockholders ng MI Entertainment. Nakangiti kaming umakyat ng stage kung saan naroon ang mahabang table at ilang upuan para sa amin pinatong ko ang bouquet ko sa ibabaw ng table.
