I'd also made some progress with the newly invented fourteenth form as I can control it so that I won't burn down the forest again. After hours of training, I began to make my way home when I suddenly heard my kasugai crow, Taka informing me about some suspicious activity in the mountains where the ancestral home of the Kamado family is located. I immediately opened a portal and went to investigate the situation. I looked around and saw that the house was undisturbed.
I have a lot of memories of this house as the family took me in when my mother was killed by Muzan, and I wasn't going to let any demon or trespasser desecrate this house. I also learned that the family house was originally Yoriichi and Uta's home before it was abandoned and later the house was inhabited by Sumiyoshi and Suyako Kamado, the ancestors of the current Kamado family. I surveyed the mountain two times and didn't find anything suspicious, so I was about to leave and return to the demon slayer headquarters when I suddenly caught the scent of something foul coming from deep in the mountains.
I followed it until I came across a cave, however, I knew that this cave was just created as I had been up and down these mountains plenty of times, which means that it must've been created for about a day or two. I traveled inside the cave and explored for a bit.

As I explored the cave, the scent was getting stronger and stronger until I came across the source. When I looked at it my mind only had one question on my mind, just what the hell was I looking at?

I sensed at least five demons all crammed into whatever this thing was. Before I could try and analyze this new demon, it caught my scent and immediately began to attack by swinging its giant cleaver. I dodged it and used the tenth form to cut its back.
