Backstory: Y/N, also known as The Arbiter had defeated all of the Power Rangers and took away their powers as he considered them unworthy. One day, he decided to go to the world of "The Brave and The Bold", where there are no Power Rangers. He took down several criminals during his time in Gotham until he met Batman himself. They didn't get along at first, but eventually realized that they had a common purpose.
