"He fell into a coma," Sakura said to Sasuke who was waiting for news on Naruto as after their fight with a strong enemy Naruto was severely hurt.

Hearing that from Sakura he frowned" What? He has never done that before why now?" He asked and Sakura looked away avoiding his gaze.." Sakura you not telling me something"

She sighed she didn't want Naruto to be angry "Fine when we were teenagers Naruto got hurt so he forcefully made himself into a coma....with the help of Kurama he has don't the same thing so I don't know when hell wake up" she explained

Sasuke sighed as he stared down at Naruto Why would he force himself into a coma" Is dad gonna be alright Sasuke San?" Boruto asked as he walked in with Sarada behind him.

"He is in a coma but he is healing" he replied as Sakura left the room ...

Kami seeing this as an opinion to have her fun pulled them into a room that had no windows or doors "Sasuke San! What happened?!" Boruto cried out in shock

"....where are we papa?" Sarada asked as she noticed they were not in the hospital any longer.

Sasuke noticed the lack of windows and doors and sighed but he then recognized something as he went inside his brother's brain but it was only gray this was white." Is anyone here?" He asked calmly

Kami grinned and appeared in front of them"Welcome Sasuke Uchiha, Sarada Uchiha, and Brouto Uzumaki I am Kami, and right now you are in Naruto Uzumaki's memory room." She explained to them

"Why?....we don't need to see his memories Kami San" Saduke replied he wanted to leave.

Kami laughed"Sorry but I had signed a deal and you have to go through all the memories before you can leave ....I have to go the first memory will appear soon Good luck," she said and disappeared.

Their surrounding got darker "It's starting" he said to the kids....it was black for a while until it went different colors and showed an apartment It was tidy, Footsteps were heard in front The apartment door opened and a six-year-old Naruto Uzumaki walked in and closed the door he had grey shorts on and a white t-shirt with an Uzumaki sign on it.

He took off his shoes and walked into his room sighing he grabbed a book for sealing and opening it. He read for a few minutes before hearing a knock at the door, he got up and looked through the peephole his face lit up as he opened the door"Tachi!" Naruto greeted

Itachi ruffled Naruto's hair smiling"Hello Naruto Kun....I brought you a present," he said making Naruto curious about what it could be and why Itachi got him it.

"Really? Why did you get me a present Itachi?" He asked making itachi frown....naruto had forgotten what today was ..." What's with that look?" Naruto asked frowning.

Itachi smiled and picked Naruto up before walking to the kitchen and setting him on the counter"Well you forgot what today so let me tell you why I got a present for you.... it's your sixth birthday naruto kun happy birthday" he smiled at naruto he realized he was sixth....

Naruto sighed he always forgot his birthday "Oh sorry Tachi I forgot....Yes, I am six!" Naruto replied as Itachi handed Naruto a scroll" Um? Is this the present tachi?" Asked naruto

Itachi started pulling out ingredients to make dinner for Naruto "Yep I asked my father if I wanted to give it to you....yes he agreed he likes you so he gave it " Itachi said
