IT'S BEEN THREE MONTHS SINCE DIANA, KLAUS, AND STEFAN LEFT ON A "WILD WOLF CHASE". These months consisted of Klaus keeping Diana from ripping Stefan's head off because of his mopey behavior, Stefan getting reacquainted with his ripper side thanks to Klaus using him as his personal mad dog, and Klaus becoming more and more anxious the longer it took them to find any wolfs.
Klaus had managed to find the name of a man, Ray Sutton. He supposedly lives in the country side of Tennessee and is a werewolf so finding him could mean finding his pack, which would mean all the hybrids they could imagine.
Diana followed Klaus as he walked towards Ray's house, there was a woman standing outside in the yard yelling for her dog.
"Rudy! Rudy. Come on! It's too hot to make me come looking for you." The girl yelled as she bent down to pick up a dog toy
When she turned around Klaus and Diana were behind her, making the girl jump in surprise. She looked the two over suspiciously and Diana couldn't blame her, she'd be cautious too if two random people showed up at her house in the middle of nowhere in the dark.
"Hi! I'm sorry, we didn't mean to scare you. I told him we should've at least called out to you instead of just creeping up behind you." Diana spoke in a mock southern accent with a fake smile, which the girl didn't notice
"Uh. That's ok. Can I help you?" The girl asked still on guard
"Yeah, our car hmm, our car ran out of gas a couple of miles back. God it feels like we've been walking forever and yours is the first house we've came across so I was just hoping we could use your phone to call a tow truck." Klaus spoke in a terrible American voice making Diana hide a wince
"Don't either of you have a cell phone?" The girl asked
"We do, but my idiot brother forgot to pack our chargers. I didn't even notice until 11 o'clock tonight and then of course they both died." Diana rolled her eyes nudging Klaus's arm for show
"Oh." The girl said
"Look, I promise we're not serial killers. We just wanna use your phone." Klaus chuckled ironically
"Sure." The girl sighed making Klaus perk up and Diana had to hide her grin
"So. Can we come in?" Klaus asked stepping forward
