Haruto is seen riding on the Rise Hopper with Izu on the backseat while wearing a helmet. They're on the road going to the office as usual
"I wonder... Where are Victor and Gloria?" Haruto said to himself
"What's that, Aruto?" Izu asked
"I'm just wondering where those two went..." He said
Izu then looks around to scan the surroundings, "Aruto, slow down. I've found them,"
"Huh?" Haruto slows down the motorcycle, he turns his head and sees Gloria dragging Victor who has a sad face, "What are they doing...?"
They went up to them on the motorcycle and stopped beside them
"Gloria, what are you doing?" He asked
She turns her head to see him, "Oh, Haruto. I may kinda need your help,"
"Why? What's wrong with Victor?" Haruto asked
"He's kinda... A bit sad, is what I would say," Gloria replied
"What?"
"L-let's continue this at your office, I'm too embarrassed to tell his story," she responded
"Okay, Izu. Can you drag Victor to our office?" Haruto said
"Copy that," Izu replied and got off of the backseat and went up to them
"Here," Gloria gave her Victor to which she did
"Gloria, get on. I'll take you to the office so you can tell me what happened," Haruto said
"What about him?" She asked
"Izu will drag him to the office in like seconds, so don't worry about them being late," he replied

At the Aizen Intelligence office
Both of them made it to the office and see that Victor and Izu are already presence
"Now, can you tell me why is he like this?" Haruto asked while going up to him
"You see... He's this sad because... The ice cream stand he wanted to order... Ran out of ice cream," Gloria responded
He turns to her with a confused expression, "...Huh?"
"L-let me explain this further," she said

Flashback
Back where they were, Gloria was chasing after Victor whom stole her hat and is running away from her
"Victor! Please!" She yelled
"Not until you catch me!" He replied
Until he abruptly stops and Gloria finally catches up to him while panting
"Caught you... Can I have my hat back...?" Gloria asked
"An ice cream stand!" Victor said excitedly and dropped her hat before ran up to it
The stand has a line that shouldn't take long for him. She picked up her hat after chasing him earlier
The line ended with him going up to the seller, "Can I get vanilla ice cream in a cone?"
"My apologies, I ran out of the ice creams. Tomorrow again later," the seller replied
That response made him distraught. Gloria went up to him to see if he ordered anything
"Is there something wrong?" She asked

"And then he curled up into a ball and won't answer me," Gloria finishes the story
