Girl 1: I heard Jake is courting that girl.
Girl 2: No way. A campus crush courting an unpopular girl? That's way too impossible.
Pumunta ako ng comfort room nang marinig ko yung mga schoolmates ko na pinag-uusapan si Jake. After ng prom, ang dami ng chika about him.
Barbie: Hey Bei! *tumakbo palapit sa akin* Have you heard those things about Jake?
Bea: The courting stuffs?
Barbie: Yeah. Do you know who?
Bea: Who?
Barbie: Nadine.
Bea: *shocked* Nadine? Since when?
Barbie: Prom night, but di ba your his date? How come that Nadine was being courted?
Bea: I don't know but I won't let her win. *smirk*
When IT heard that news, I think I'm gonna explode or something.
Nung papunta ako ng library to borrow some books nakita ko si Nadine alone. Pupuntahan ko dapat siya but linapitan siya ni Jake. So the rumors are true. Ouch ha!
The following day, while going to school. I saw Nadine with a bunch of of girls around her. I go near them para malaman if ano pinagkakaguluhan nila.
Girl 1: Hey, so he's really courting you?
Girl 2: Aren't you contented with AJ?
Nadine: AJ is my friend.
Girl 2: How about Daniel, you're flirting him also right?
Nadine: Hey, wala ka na sa ayos ha. I'm not flirting anyone!
Girl 1: *pushed Nadine* Tss.
I just can't watch them, kahit ba crush ko si Jake, hindi ko aapakan ang iba to get Jake. I must play fair and square.
Bea: Hey, stop it.
Girl 3: So it's Bea. I heard, crush mo din si Jake am I right? *smirk*
Bea: Nadine are you alright?
Girl 4: Girl! She's ignoring you.
Girl 3: *pulled me* When I'm talking, face me.
Bea: Tss. *slap the girl* I said stop making a fuss! *grab Nadine's hand* Let's go Nadine.
Tumakbo kami papalayo sa mga girls na nang bubully kay Nadine.
Nadine: Thanks pala. *smiles*
Bea: No problem. Classmate kita eh. Sige ha, una na ako sa classroom.
On our graduation day, lumapit ako kay Nadine to congratulate her.
Bea: Nadine. *smiles* Congrats.
Nadine: Thanks. Congrats din. *smiles*
Bea: Oy ha. Balitaan mo ako sa inyo ni Jake. *soft laugh* Take care of him, if you won't gonna steal him from you. *wink*
Nadine: Huh? *clueless*
Bea: *laugh* Sige, una na ko ha.
If Jake will be happy with Nadine, I should be too for Jake.
Jake: Partner! *tapped me*
Bea: Jake. *blush*
Jake: Congrats. *smiles*
Bea: Congrats din.
Jake: Here *handed me a gift* *smiles*
Bea: What is this for?
Jake: Graduation gift plus prom gift. Nakalimutan kita ibili nuon di ba? Kaya 'yan. *smiles*
Bea: Ow. How I hate you. *blush* Thanks.
I hugged Jake and whispered "You know that I like you, right?". He hugged me back and just tap my head.
