I stutter before finally spitting out "Truth!"

Annabeth says in a very shocked tone at my answer, "Out of all the girls in this room, who do you think is the prettiest?"
I scan the room, even though I know my answer is Katie Gardner, Daughter of Demeter. I have known her for a long time, and can't wait to get the guts to ask her out, but that might be awhile. Probably be the time we are in a retirement home (if we make it to that time, being a demigod and all) I will finally get the guts to ask her out.
I say under my breath "Katie."
"What??" Conner says with a grin since he knows I have a crush on Katie.
