Ring... Ring... Ring...

The phone rings, but the slender owner of the mobile device is only interested in the gaming controller in his hands. His eyes were glued to the TV screen in front of him.

"Itt, pick up your phone!!" Someone in the kitchen said loudly.

"You'll meet your doom, for sure. Yes!" Itt, who was acting like a maniac, argued with his TV screen while playing his video game. He didn't pay any attention to what his lover said. Soon, he felt a tingle up his spine.

"Itthipol," As soon as he heard his real name being called, Itt immediately stopped what he was doing. He turned to look towards the kitchen. Day was standing there, glaring straight at him.

"I heard you. You don't have to be mean to me," Itt mumbled as he rushed over to answer his phone.

"Hello, Papa. What's up?" Itt said when he saw that the caller was his father.

"Yes, he's cooking rice. Do you want to talk to him? I can walk over and give him the phone...... Ah... no. I can't go, Papa... but why? Uh... I don't want to go see my relatives... Papa... can't you go by yourself?" Itt said in a slightly frustrated tone. He walked into the kitchen towards Day.

"Day, Papa wants to talk to you," Itt said shortly. The tall figure, who was tasting curry from the pot, turned to take the phone from Itt. He quickly clung to Day's arm and whispered to him.

//Day, tell Papa no// Itt whispered quickly. Day raised his eyebrow.

"Yes, we will go, Papa," Day said after a moment.

...

"Eat your food. Why are you sitting there, pouting?" Day said to Itt, who had a pout on his face. He was using his spoon to move the rice on his plate, back and forth.

"I had already told you to say no to Papa. Why did you tell my father we would go?" Itt shouted in dissatisfaction.

"Why would I tell him know? It's part of your family tradition, isn't it? Your father said that your relatives will all be there. If you don't go, it's going to look bad, Itt," Day said in a stern voice.

"It's because my relatives are going to be there that I don't want to go," Itt said softly. Day looked at Itt's face.

"Why is that?" Day asked because Itt is usually excited about holidays. It was strange to hear that he doesn't want to go celebrate the Chinese New Year with his family.

"..." Itt was silent, refusing to answer. Day, then, stopped eating and walked over to sit in a chair next to Itt.

"What is wrong? Tell me now. Don't force me to be cruel towards you," Day said in a flat tone, causing Itt to secretly wrinkle his nose.

"Well... if my relatives see us together, they'll wonder who you are. Then, how am I going to tell them?" Itt asked in a low voice. This is what he has been worrying about the whole time. Just because his parents have come to accept their relationship doesn't mean the other relatives will. Itt doesn't know how they'll view them. He doesn't want his parents to be embarrassed in front of their relatives when they all find out that their only son has a man as a lover now.

"Just tell them that I'm your husband," Day simply said. Itt turned to look at him.

"Damn it. It's not that easy to say," Itt responded quickly before becoming angry.

"Do you care about what they think?" Day asked in a calm voice.

"I don't care, but I don't want my parents to get insulted by our relatives. I don't want them to be embarrassed when they ask about the two of us," Itt said honestly. Day looked at his lover's face before sighing.
