You met Sherlock and John at the entrance, and followed them inside. You went to the owners office to chat with him so Sherlock could do his thing, and figure the whole thing out. The meeting was short, but you could tell that he was lying about something.

"What was that all about then?" John asked.

"He was lying wasn't he, " you said.

"Yes he was," said Sherlock quiet pleased with the information he got. You and John went back to the flat, while Sherlock went back to the hospital to solve the mystery. It wasn't bad you got lots of time to read, and listen to Johns war stories. You helped Mrs.Hudson clean. You felt comfortable here.

"So, (y/n), are you seeing anybody," asked John while you two sat in the living room with a cup of tea.

"Oh, no. I'm single."

"Oh, good because you, and Sherlock have seemed to take a liking to each other." This made you choke on your tea which got a laugh out of John.

"What?!"

"Last nights events seemed to not happen by accident."

"Oh, no, I'm sure he didn't mean to-"

"(Y/n), Sherlock doesn't just accidentally hug someone. he might not realize it, but he likes you, and I think you like him back." You quietly sipped your tea not responding, but John knew what this meant. Soon after Sherlock texted you telling you to meet him at the station.

You, John, Sherlock, and Lestrade were all standing around the victims car while Sherlock explained what happened.

"It's in the name Janus cars. You have trouble financial problems, bad marriage Janus Cars will help you disappear."

"So where is he then," asked John

"Columbia." He how he knew this, and you were in awe at his sheer brilliance. "Now go arrest them Detective Inspector that's what you do best." With that he turned in his heal ,and began to walk away with John and you in tow. Once back at the flat Sherlock alerted the killer that he had solved the case.

"I'm on fire!" Sherlock shouted gleefully on the way out of the building. He liked this you could tell, he liked the chase. That worried you because one day it could get him killed.

~time skip to the next day~

Today Sherlock gave you a job, finally. You helped John research the family of some dead British tv star. You and John quietly did that while Sherlock tried to solve the puzzle.

"I like to watch you dance," Sherlock mumbled from his chair still deep in thought. Those words sent a shiver down your spine. You froze.

"W-what did you say," you asked your voice shaky.

"Nothing just something the bomber said, I like to see you dance." You felt yourself shaking from head to toe. This can't be a coincidence. You stood up and hurriedly grabbed your stuff catching Johns attention.

"Is everything alright, (y/n)?"

"Yea, I-I just forgot I have somewhere to be I'll email you what I found sorry." You said as you hastily rushed out the door. You felt a pang of guilt for leaving John and Sherlock on their own, but they were perfectly capable of solving the case without you. You hailed a cab and went straight to Molly's. Those words ringing in your ears the whole way. I like to see you dance.
