|| 124 || Gawr Gura (REVAMPED) 🔱 H/F

Start from the beginning

Right?

You really hoped so, because it was Enma's miracle day off today and you doubted your strength compared to the nine-thousand year old Atlantean.

"Gura..?" You shuffled. She had her face pressed against the glass, her pupils blown wide as she sadly pawed at the glass. You pulled out your phone and checked the time quickly. With a brief thought of 'oh, shit' you realised you were actually late to your planned lunchtime, and Gura was probably about to go apeshit.

Not wanting to get kicked out of the only nearby aquarium, you grabbed Gura by the back of her hoodie and practically dragged her toward the exit.

With the crisis averted, the two of you waddled down to the nearby arcade and pizza place and indulged in the cheesy goodness. Gura took over the only Dance Dance Revolution game they had there and absolutely dominated the scene despite her short legs. She basically pulled the classic 'Asian guy going nuts on ddr', pulling a decent crowd with you cheering happily at the front.

🔱 First kiss 🔱

It was just a normal day, in your very normal office (as normal as the Cover Corp. office could be) and you were typing away on your very normal computer writing a very normal report about the new member Holotori had brought back from a desert island. It was monotonous and boring, the same old same old, day in day out grind that you'd come to love. In a place as spontaneous as Hololive, you welcomed familiarity.

And then Gura came running up to you out of nowhere, huffing and puffing and clearly out of breath. You didn't question it, but you were curious as to why the rest of Myth and Council (and was that Advent even further back? Maybe? Was that Mococo's tail wagging? You couldn't tell) were all trailing behind her.

"Gura? You go-" She cut you off by waving her hands around frantically, heaving another breath before resting her palms against her knees, trying to catch her hardest to catch her breath after running for Matsuri knows how long. Probably, like, 100 meters? You couldn't tell.

You did raise an eyebrow in her direction, spinning around in your spinny chair to face her a little better. As much as you loved you little fishy girlfriend, you did kind've need to get this report done, and as adorable as she was, you needed to do it sooner rather than later. So in the nicest way possible, you needed her to bugger off for like, twenty more minutes.

None of this was said, because you knew that whatever Gura had to say wouldn't take up that much time, probably.

She didn't say anything, however.

Instead, once she'd caught her breath, she sucked in a final mouthful of air, squared her shoulders and reached up to cup your face before promptly kissing you on the lips. It was brief, like lightning striking a tree and setting it on fire. Your face was the tree, because goddamn, it was one hundred percent on fire with the sudden blush that flushed across your cheeks.

But Gura pulled away before you could even register what the hell just happened, gave you a quick squeeze around the middle, and with an 'I love you!' she was gone around the corner.
