The show must go on

Suffering through panic attacks every day
Is like being trapped in a never-ending play
The stage is set, the cast is on cue
As the curtains rise, panic starts anew

Breathing's tough, heart races fast
Sweat drips down, will it last?
Shaking limbs, a dizzy head
All you want is to be in bed

But the show must go on, you can't escape
As your mind plays tricks, and your body shakes
Panic takes over, leaving you in fear
Crying out loud, "Will it ever disappear?"

Suffering through panic attacks every day
Is a battle that's fought in every possible way
With perseverance, strength, and support
You can conquer those fears, and come up short

And as the sun sets, and the shadows fade
With every breath you take, and every move you make
Believe in yourself, and keep pushing on
The panic may come, but it won't be long

For in the end, you'll see the light
Your heart will pump, and your nerves will alight
The stage will clear, and the curtains will fall
And you'll know you'll have conquered it all.
