"Now let's get down to homeroom business. Sorry about the late notice, but today, I'll have you decide on a class representative."

"I want to be Class Rep! Pick me!" Kirishima volunteered.

"Me too!"

"I want to do it, too."

"I'll be the leader!"

"Let me do it! Me!"

"Silence, please!" Iida silenced them. They all looked at him.

"It is a job with the serious responsibility of leading others. It is not a job for just anyone who wants to do it. It is a calling that requires the trust of those around you. If we want to use democracy to decide on a true leader, then we should hold an election to choose one." Iida proposed.

"Why did you suggest that?"

"We haven't known each other for that long, so how can we have trust or anything?" Tsuyu questioned.

"If that's the case, and everyone votes for themselves..." Kirishima points out.

"Don't you think that is precisely why whoever receives multiple votes here can be truly considered the most suitable person? What do you think, Mr. Aizawa?" Iida asked Aizawa.

"I don't care, as long as you decide before homeroom is over." Aizawa replied, zipping up his sleeping bag and falling to the floor.

'Mood. Wish I could do that right now'

"Thank you very much!" Iida bowed.

We all wrote down our votes and handed them in. The top 2 results were Deku with 3 votes and Momo with 2.

"I got three votes?!" Deku was shocked.

"Why Deku?! Who voted for him?!" Bakugo exclaimed.

"Well it's better than voting for you." Sero muttered. Y/n giggled softly at his words.

"What did you say?!"

"Zero votes... I knew this would happen... That is only to be expected of a person's calling." Iida mumbled.

"Then, the Class Rep is Midoriya, and Deputy Class Rep will be Yaoyorozu." Aizawa announced.

"S-S-Seriously?" Deku stuttered. Momo looked at him and sighed.

"How vexing..."

"That might not be too bad." Tsuyu said.

"After all's said and done, Midoriya can be pretty fired up, anyway. And Yaoyorozu was cool when we were going over the battle results!" Kirishima agreed.

~Time skip to lunch~

"Congratulations, Deputy Class Rep!" Y/n congratulated Momo as they walked to an open table with their lunch in hand.

"Thank you, Y/n. Why didn't you volunteer?" Momo questioned the girl before taking a bite out of her lunch.

"I'm don't really like that kind of stuff. It's just more work than we already have, you know." She answered Momo. It's true what she said. She wasn't interested in being Class Rep or anything. She just wanted to make friends and become a hero. Maybe throw a little bit of romance in there too...

"I see, what i-" Momo was cut off by the sound of an alarm.

"There has been a Level 3 security breach. All students please evacuate outdoors promptly." The intercom announced. Students hurriedly tried to make their way outside, pushing through the crowds to escape.

"Don't push!"

"Wait, I'm falling!"

Momo and Y/n kept bumping into people. Y/n saw a familiar red hair poking out from the stamped of students.

"Kiri!" She called out to the male.

"Y/n/n?!" Kirishima, along with Kaminari made their way forward to the two girls.

"Do you know what's ha- is that Iida?" They looked up and saw Iida floating. He pulled his pants legs up and activated them. He did summersaults in the air before hitting the wall above the exit sign.

"Everyone, everything's fine!" He yelled. Everyone stopped and listened to the boy.

"It is just the media! There is nothing to panic about. Everything's fine!" His knees shook as he yelled, holding onto a pipe for support.

"This is U.A.! Let us act in a way befitting the best of the best." Iida declared. Everyone calmed down after hearing what Iida said.

"Are you two okay?" Kirishima asked the girls.

"Yeah we're fine. And you, Kiri, Kaminari?"

"Call me Denki! And yeah, we're ok!"

~Time Skip~

"Come on, Class Rep. Start."

"N-Now, let us decide on the other class officers. But first, can I say something? I think... that Tenya Iida should be Class Rep after all!" Midoriya told the class.

"He was able to get everyone's attention in such a cool way. I think it would be best for Iida to do it." Midoriya finished.

"Midoriya's saying it, and it's true that Iida was a big help at the cafeteria today." Kirishima agreed.

"I'm with Izuku on this one. I think Iida would be a great Class Rep!" Y/n happily said.

"Yeah, and he kind of looked like the person on the emergency exit signs, didn't he?"

"You're wasting time. I don't care what you do, just hurry up and do it." Aizawa interrupted.

'Way to ruin the moment, Uncle Sho'

"If the Class Rep has nominated me, then it cannot be helped." Iida said as he stood up.

"From this day forth, I, Tenya Iida, promise to do my best to carry out the duties of class representative." Iida promised.

"We're counting on you, Emergency Exit Iida!"

"Emergency Exit Iida!"
