Chapter 8 🐺✨

~Beach day~
Yazmin: Who's ready for the beach?

Hope started kicking her legs and clapping whilst in her high chair.

Klaus: We are ready I just need to wash up.

Yazmin: I'll do it you get the car ready.

Klaus: Alright.

Once Yasmin washed, Klaus came in and took Hope placing her in the car seat ready to go.

Klaus: Are we all ready?

Yazmin: Yes we are.

Yazmin walk to the car and Klaus gets ahead of her opening the door like a proper gentleman.

Yazmin: Why thank you.

Klaus just smiles and gently shuts her door for her. Yazmin turns on the radio.

Yazmin: Oh I love this song!

Yazmin gets herself ready.

Yazmin: Baby I just don't get it!
Do you enjoy being hurt?

Klaus stares at her for a moment.

Yazmin: know you smelled the perfume
The make-up on his shirt!

Hope begins to get excited at Yazmin's singing.

Yazmin: You don't believe his stories
You know that they're all lies
Bad as you are, you stick around And I just don't know why!

Moments later.

Yazmin is singing her heart out.

Yazmin: You should let me love you
Let me be the one to
Give you everything you want and need!

Klaus changes the radio station.

Yazmin: Oi!

Klaus laughs.

Yazmin: Jokes on you I love this song n all!

Yazmin: I'M STILL STANDING! YEAH YEAH YEAH!

Klaus rolls his eyes and smiles. He secretly enjoys Yazmin's singing. After a few stops to change Hope they eventually arrived to the beach. Yazmin picks up Hope leaving Klaus to bring all the bags and beach tent.

Yazmin: Oh look Hope birdies!

Hope squeals with excitement. Klaus sets everything up and sits on a chair relaxing. Yazmin and Hope sit on the sand playing. Yazmin takes photos of Hope creating memories. Yazmin picks up Hope and fills a bucket with sand then throws it on Klaus making him jolt up.

Yazmin: Wakey wakey daddy!

Klaus: Haha you got me.

He says whilst wiping the sand off his shirt.

Klaus: Come hear you.

Klaus begins tickle Hope, she giggles and giggles trying to hide by holding onto Yazmin.

Yazmin: Shall we take her near the water?

Klaus: That would be nice.

Yazmin gently places Hope down allowing her tiny toes to touch the water, Hope begins to giggle slightly and splashes her feet.

Yazmin: Oh she loves it.

Klaus: Why don't you both take a photo?

Klaus pulls out his phone.

Yazmin: Sure.

Klaus: You both look amazing!

Yazmin: Now you and Hope take one.

After taking photos they decide to get some ice cream and Hope starts to fall asleep.

Klaus: Shall we get something to eat?

Yazmin: Yeah sure.

Yazmin and Klaus take a seat.

Waiter: What can I get you ma'am?

Yazmin: Ooh chicken burger and some fries please.

Waiter: What drink would you like with that?

Yazmin: A Red Bull would be great.

Waiter: And you sir?

Klaus: A vegetable wrap and fries with cola please.

Waiter: Coming right up.

The waiter winks at Yazmin which makes her feel uncomfortable. She begins to cover herself thinking she was showing too much skin. Once the waiter comes back with the food, Klaus gives him an evil look then placing his hand over Yazmin's and gives them waiter a grin. Yazmin felt safe when Klaus held her hand, so she gripped his hand a little tight. The waiter says nothing and walks away.

Yazmin: Thank you.

Klaus: It's no problem.

Klaus is still holding Yazmin's hand.

Yazmin: Oh we should eat before Hope wakes up.

Klaus let's go.

Klaus: Yes yes.

After they ate, they decide to head home. Yazmin falls asleep in the car. As for Hope and Klaus they had their own little father daughter chat.

Klaus: She's great isn't she Hope?

Klaus looks at Yazmin and smiles. He takes his hand and moves Yazmin's hair out of the face.

Klaus: You know your mother would be happy that you're doing well. Thanks to Yazmin we are in a good place. In all honesty Hope me and your mother weren't together but I loved her. I miss her everyday and only hand wished I could've done everything to save her.

Hope smiles at her father.

Klaus: And we are home. Oh there's uncle Elijah.

Elijah: Brother.

Klaus: Hello Elijah. You wouldn't mind taking Hope inside.

Elijah: Of course.

Klaus takes off Yazmin's seat belt and gently picks her up bridal style takes her inside and places her in his bed allowing her to have a peaceful sleep.
