"Hurry up Jenn!" said Andrea my best friend and roommate.
"We're gonna be late!".
"Just a few more minutes I can't find my shoes" I said.
"Well what shoes are they?" she said "The black wedges"
"Have you checked bathroom, remember what happened that one night?" I stopped I realized what she was talking about. I go to the bathroom and check, she was right. I look at the shoes and remember all the bad things that happened that night. "Jenn are you ready?!"
"Yeah I'm ready".

We get to the O2L place and walk inside. I spot a guy with amazing cheeks and I think to myself "is that creepy?". Andrea sees I'm looking at this guy and she says
"That's Jc he has amazing check bones"
"He's kinda cute" I say with a really weird face.
"Yeah...he has a girlfriend"
"Oh" I feel embarrassed. Then I see this boy with really nice hair, I stare at him without realizing Andrea snaps at me
"JENN! Why are you staring at Jack?"
"Jack?"
"Yeah the guy with the skinny jeans that you've been staring at for ten minutes"
"TEN MINUTES?!?" I try balancing myself with the shocking news. When I look back up I see him walking towards me.

"Hi I'm Jack"
"Hi I'm Jenn" I try not to freak when he grabs my shoulder.
"Imma let you guys talk" she winks at me
"I've seen you staring at me" he chuckles
"Oh yeah sorry"
"Don't worry it's not like I've never been stated at" I start freaking out in my mind trying not to let him see it. I look at him and think "he is so hot".
"So...you're a YouTuber, right?"
"Yeah"
"How many subscribers?"
"1 million"
"Impressive I like girls like that" I started to freak out I said to myself "I might have a chance" "Maybe? Never"

"So you live here?"
"Yeah..."
"Oh" I think I might've asked the wrong question. I look up at him and I stupidly stare at him
"Why are you staring at me so much?"
"What?" My conscience snaps me out of my trance. "Oh Sorry"
"Don't be it's just like why would someone like you stare at me?"
"What do you mean by that?"
"Like you seem like a nice person and I seem like a bad one but I'm not" I don't want to answer that if I tell him he'll think I'm weird or like a stalker or something.
"Do you want to come to my place?"
"Uh...I don't know"
"Sorry if I made you uncomfortable"
"It's fine just a sudden question"
"Sorry...so like do you?"
"Sure but I have to let my ride know"
"Oh you came with someone?" He sounds tense.
"Yeah Andrea"
"Oh" he sounds relived.

I try to find Andrea and I give up and just text her instead.
*hey Jack asked me to go to his place I'll text you to come and get me*
Right away she replies.
*okay don't do anything bad ;)*
I smile as I read the message. Jack finds me and says
"You ready?"
"Yeah"
When we get in the car I stare at my shoes and pick at them. He notices
"What's up with your shoes?"
"Uh something happened with these shoes that I don't want to remember but I'm wearing them because they go with my outfit"
"If you don't mind me asking what happened"
"Uh it's really bad I'll tell you if we become better friends"
"Oh we will" he mumbles with a smirk. I act like I didn't hear him.
"What'd you say?"
"Oh nothing don't worry about it" I blush as I think about what that could've meant.
