Vinny smiled at you as you leaned your head on Evan's shoulder, you and Vinny were both going to partake in the self defence episode the group had planned out. It was gonna be a little bit funny for you two since Evan had completely forgotten that Vinny and you were both left handed. Vinny stood up as he looked at the group. "I'm gonna head into the office, so I can do the introduction thing." He spoke as he motioned towards the room. Evan nodded his head as you gave a tired thumbs up. Jeff peaked his head out to look at Vinny.
"Alright!"
Vinny smiled at you all and turned around, walking into the room before closing the door behind him, leaving only Jeff, Evan and yourself in the room. It was peaceful. Quiet which was odd since it was literally the two most chaotic people in the room with you. Evan placed a hand in your hair and started to fiddle with it. Playing with it softly as he hummed. Jeff turned to look over at him.
"Are you excited to do some self defence Evan?" Jeff questioned as he raised an eyebrow, Evan lifted his head up to look over at the brunette. He nodded his head. "Yeah, I think it's gonna be a lot of fun. I already teach self defence at my job anyway." He responded as he shrugged his shoulders, going back to playing with your hair. The gesture was very comforting as you leaned closer towards him.

An Abrupt cut, it shows Evan sitting in a dark room, seeming to be at the dining room table. He didn't say anything. His back was facing the camera, it was silent.

Everyone walked down the stairs into Vinny's basement. Jeff held the camera as Vinny got down first, Evan second, you third and Jeff last. You walked over to stand next to Vinny as Evan smiled. He walked over towards his music player and pressed play, some very good music starting to emit from the radio Evan walked over in front of the camera, he smiled. "Hello!" He started chuckling, Vinny smiled as he waved his arms, leaning into the frame to get in front of Evan. "Hey! Welcome to the martial arts kingdom, aka my basement." Vinny said before he snickered. Evan rolled his eyes as he shook his head. Vinny smirked as he snaked an arm around Evan's shoulder. Evan looked over at him, his face shifting slightly to a more pouty and angry face. You snickered, smiling at the small action.
"Today, Evan's gonna tell you what's going down. So Evan, have at it." Vinny spoke as he lifted his hand off Evans' shoulder. Backing up slightly as he smiled, Evan stopped making angry faces as he clasped his hands together, grinning at the camera. "I will." He said.
"All right, guys, here's what we're gonna do. I'm gonna show you guys some simple self-defence, against the enemy, if you got no weapons, just your bare hands and feet." Evan started as he grinned at the camera. Vinny nodded his head, lifting his hands up to show the camera. "Bare hands!" He exclaimed.
Evan made a fist with his hands, tightly he held it up to the camera in a dramatic way. "God's weapons!" He said before he lowered his fist. He chuckled slightly, moving back and forth. "So I'm gonna show you guys some real easy ways to defend yourself against some street brawl." Evan continued as Vinny nodded his head. You walked into the camera frame. Waving your hand at the camera.
"And how not to hurt yourself while defending yourself." Vinny said as he leaned over slightly. Evan nodded his head, "Indeed."

Evan smiled as he looked over at the camera, Vinny was standing in front of him. "Okay guys, I'm gonna show you the basic fighting stance you stand in when you're uh, when you're in a fight." He said as he got into position, placing one of his feet out in front. His knees were also bent a bit as he held his hands up. "One foot out in front, knees bent a little bit, hands up here, I got my shoulders up just a little bit." Evan continued as his shoulders scrunched up slightly.
"You want your hands above your chin, that's an important spot, that's a button that'll knock you right out. " He said as he placed his hands slightly more above his chin. He smiled at the camera. He moved slightly as he pointed at the camera. "And here's a couple things you can do." He glanced over at Vinny as he raised an eyebrow.
