Fitness Video

A/n: this is going to be a very long chapter- sorry for how much reading you may need to do in advance :>

Vinnie sat down at the desk, he had slipped on a black hoodie so he wasn't wearing his running stuff before they got to that part of the video, he looked at Jeff and gave him a thumbs up, what you had given him wasn't that much for him to memorize so he could quickly say his lines and then Jeff and him would be going outside to go get the footage of Vinnie doing the night jog. Jeff placed the camera down on the stand and gave Vinnie a thumbs up. Vinnie turned to look at the camera. "How's it going interweb?"

"Today, we are going to show you the importance of jogging and stretching. Now, most of you go 'I know how to jog, and hell, I know how to stretch." Vinnie said as he looked over to the side, Jeff watched, being careful and making sure the camera was in a good position.

"But we're going to show you how jogging can be both exercise and relaxing at the same time." Vinnie said as a small smile started to form on his lips as he explained what exactly he was going to be doing in the video today. " We're going to do what I like to call the sunset jog."

"It's where you go to the nicest spot in the park you can find, jog until the sun sets, come home, take a nice jacuzzi, and then stretch." Vinnie explained, he gave the camera a small nod and he stood up from the chair he had been sitting in and walked out of the camera's view. Jeff cut the camera and he picked it up. Turning his head over to look at Vinnie.

"That was pretty solid Vin." He commented having a wide smile on his face. Vinnie chuckled as he smiled at Jeff, "Thanks Jeff. Now let's head out to the car and drive over to the park." He said, raising his arm and pointing his hand up to the house door. Jeff nodded and turned off the camera, walking with Vinnie over to the door.

Evan came out from the kitchen as he looked over at the other two, "You guys going out to film the sunset jog thing?" He questioned raising an eyebrow. Vinnie gave a quick nod as he opened the door. "Yeah, make sure Y/n doesn't do anything stupid while we're out." Vinnie said letting out a small snicker.

Evan rolled his eyes as he let out a sigh, shaking his head. "Yeah yeah, knuckleheads-." Evan said, muttering the last part to himself as he let the other two leave the house, he decided to venture downstairs and into the basement area.

It was now much darker and Jeff got a shot of VInnie running across the park, in a hoodie and some shorts with running shoes. Then it cut to Vinnie driving the car and the camera being on the headboard of the car. "Hey guys, what's up? Just got back from my, uh, evening jog. It was beautiful."

"I got to watch the sunset by the lake, now a little word of advice: if you're gonna take a, you know, a nighttime jog, is you want to go a little bit before sunset, and you want to make sure it's a brisk jog, because if you go if you exert too much energy you'll be too umm.. Energetic, basically. For the rest of the night you won't be able to sleep."

"Also a good idea is that after you jog you might want to take a hot jacuzzi. What happens if when you take a Jacuzzi the temperature actually raises your body heat. That releases antibodies, and your antibodies actually heal your muscles."

Vinnie explained, Jeff chuckled and cut the camera again, the rest of the drive was silent and soon enough the two pulled back into Evans driveway, getting out and heading back inside the house. "Evan! We got everything for the first half! It's your part now!" Vinnie called out as the two walked inside, Jeff held the camera in his hands as he looked around for the short haired brunette.

Evan walked out from behind one of the walls, he was wearing a black sweater with a really cool pattern on it. And there was this kind of skull pattern as well. "Alright, Y/n is still sleeping down in the basement, want me to go down there and wake them up?" Evan asked as he leaned against the wall. Vinnie hummed, thinking about what they should do before he nodded.
