Chapter 11

Somewhere in Japan, Yume was getting ready for her concert. 

Yume: Okay! I'm ready!

Just then, she got a call. She picked up the phone to see that it was Ichigo who was calling her.

Yume: Ichigo?

Ichigo: Yes, it's me. 

Yume: I'm going to be going on stage soon. What's the matter?

Ichigo: You said once that you experienced some sort of phenomenon during your first year, right? What was it exactly?

Yume: Sure. 

Yume then began to explain.

"The first time it happened was at my debut concert. I don't remember it, but a friend of mine said that it made me a different person. After a while, I started using that same power. I loved how it made my performances better. But there was a consequence. Every time I used it, my throat would become sore afterward. I don't use it anymore, and I'm not the first one ever to have this happen to me- "

???: Yume! It's almost time!

Yume: Okay!

She then turned back to the phone.

Yume: That's all I can say. I have to go now.

Ichigo: Alright then. Take care!

Yume hung up and Ichigo turned to her friends, who had heard the whole thing.

Sunset: That definitely sounds like Equestrian magic... or at least some sort of magic.

Twilight: But if it is, then why-

Ladybug then interrupted.

Ladybug: Look, I don't know exactly what's going on here, but we need to focus on our mission.

Mizuki: But Ladybug, this seems important.

Sunset: No, Ladybug's right. We can keep figuring out this magic mystery later.

Meanwhile, Monarch was once again very angry.

Monarch: WHAT DO YOU MEAN YOU FAILED?!?!?!?!?!

Monster/Lemon Demon: They were too tough, sir.

Monarch: YOU DIDN'T EVEN FIGHT THEM!!!

Monster/Lemon Demon: I was only trying to be fair, sir.

Monarch cursed under his breath.

Monarch: Ugh, it looks like I'll need to find some more help!

Monster/Lemon Demon: If you want their miraculous so bad, then why don't you fight them yourself?

Monarch: That's not important. But fortunately, I've managed to contact some people who may be willing to help us...

Pinkie: I'm so HUNGRY!!!

Ichigo: Me too...

Ladybug and Chat Noir then heard their miraculous beeping again.

Ladybug: We're gonna detransform soon...

Rarity: Look! A shopping mall! Maybe we'll find some clothes for you guys there!

Chat Noir: But we already-

Rarity: It's to disguise you guys.

Ladybug: Alright then. 

So they went into the mall and then went into one of the clothing stores.

Rainbow: Woah. That is a lot of stuff.

Rarity: Okay, so first, I need both of you to go into the fitting rooms!

Chat Noir: Shouldn't we choose what we're going to wea-

Ladybug: Kitty, we're going to detransform in a few seconds.

Chat Noir: Ah, okay then.

They then both went into the fitting rooms.

Rarity must've been very into this because she got a lot of clothes for both of them to wear. Ichigo even threw in a bow for some reason.

Rainbow: Take these sunglasses too!

Alya: Great idea! That way nobody can recognize them!

Rainbow: Huh? I just thought it would make them look cooler.

So anyway, when they came out, you couldn't even tell that they were Marinette and Adrien.

Marinette: This isn't very comfortable...

Adrien: Are you sure we need this much disguise? 

Rarity: It's just a precaution.

Marinette: If you say so.

Soon after that, they went outside and walked around for a few hours, hoping that they would maybe find Monarch along the way.

Suddenly, Pinkie noticed something.

Pinkie: GUYS!!! THEY SELL ICE CREAM HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ran: Do we really have time to do this though?

Hinaki: I don't see why not!

Nino: It would be nice to have a little break from all of that searching...

So they all went into the ice cream store to get some ice cream.

Well, not everyone got ice cream. Only Pinkie, Ichigo, Marinette, and a few others.

Marinette: Wow, this is actually pretty good! 

Adrien: Can I try, M'lady?

Marinette gave Adrien a bite of the ice cream.

Adrien: Wow! This really is great! 

He then turned to one of the employees.

Adrien: Excuse me, but what's this place called again?

???: Sweet Justice.

Adrien: Sweet! I'll make sure to give this place a good review later!

???: Thanks!

Alya noticed a group of girls nearby. They seemed to be talking about something secret.

Then something strange happened. She turned her gaze somewhere else and they were gone.

Alya: Did you guys notice that?

Akari: Notice what?

Alya: The people over there just disappeared!

Kaede: Well, now that I think about it, there were some people over there. Maybe they left?

Alya: They couldn't have left that fast!

She then stood up and went to investigate. The table seemed to be normal.

Alya: If I wanted to get away quickly, what would-

Kaede: Need some help?

Alya: Sure, thanks.

After investigating for a long time, they found nothing.

Alya: Maybe you were right after all.

Kaede: Maybe.

Then, for some reason, Kaede pulled and pushed the pump thingy (whatever it's called), causing both the seat to disappear and for them to fall.

Marinette: ALYA!!!

Yurika: KAEDE!!!
