"Oii yenna panre?", Anirudh asks as Malar picks up his call, that night.
"Nan summa dhan irruken. Ayira knows about us by the way.", Malar says.
"Arjun kum theriyum", Anirudh says.
"So it's official isn't it?", Malar asks smiling slightly.
"We can go slow if you want to", Anirudh says hesitantly.
Malar shakes her head, though it isn't visible to him, "No, I was worried about the consequences and scared of my feelings. Adhu kaga doesn't mean I don't love you. I do. So, I won't run away from it."
"Okay", Anirudh says, but Malar could feel his smile through his tone.
"What about our parents?", Malar asks.
"They anyways support us. Sakthi and Uncle already told me to confess to you.", Anirudh says.
"What? Yen appa va?", Malar asks shocked.
"Ama", Anirudh grins.
"How?", Malar asks.
"Adhallam apdi dhan. But I already told your dad about my feelings.", Anirudh says.
"Yeppo?", Malar says.
"The first time I came to your house",Anirudh laughs.
"So long ago?", Malar gasps.
"Yepp", Anirudh grins.
"Avar kittaiye sollita, yen kitte solla avlo baiyama?", Malar asks.
"Adha no nu sollitu, odi poitiye", Anirudh grumbles.
"That's different, I had stuff to think about.", Malar replies.
"What stuff?", Anirudh asks confused.
"Just stuff", Malar respongs vaguely.
Anirudh snorts, "Seriously"
Malar laughs, "Adhalam personal."
"Adhu seri. Nee thoongale?", Anirudh asks.
"Thoonge ponum.", Malar responds yawning lightly.
"Seri nee poi thoongu, namba nallaiku meet panlam", Anirudh says.
"Hmm bye da", Malar says.
"Bye", Anirudh says before cutting the call.
Saturday morning, Malar walks into her parents house.
Radhika rushes forward to gug her daughter,"Romba naal kalichi pakkura Madhuri irruku di. Va vandu sapdu modhale."
"Dho varen", Malar says smiling before walking to the hall to hug her dad.
Sakthi who finishes his call with Sadhana, is surprised to see Malar so happy.
He pulls Malar aside, "Ippo you are okay?"
Malar nods grinning,"Ani confessed"
Sakthi's eyes widen in shock,"Holy shit, and you accepted right?"
Malar hesitates, "No, not at first."
"What? Yen di, you idiot.",Sakthi scolds her.
"Dei, I'm your sister, you should support me.", Malar exclaims outraged.
Sakthi glares at her, "Na poi Ani bro ku call panren."
"Dei Anna, solradhe kelu. Na reject pannadhu aprom, unga Ani bro oru naal ah aala kanom. Na thedi kandupidichi, aprom avanuka confess pannen.", Malar elaborates.
"Apo yedhuku avlo scene pottu, reject panne?", Sakthi asks relieved.
"I had my problems", Malar says vaguely.
