"Fine."

I decided I would lay down for a little bit and just daydream.

I honestly didn't feel like getting up anyways.

The sun had finally risen and I had more energy than ever.

Gaon still wasn't up so I decided to head downstairs and watch tv.

Halfway down the stairs my phone rang.

"Hello?"

"Hey y/n!"

"Hey Rain what's up?"

"Why aren't you at home?!"

"Oh yeah. There was a man that broke into my house and the police never caught him so." I said shrugging even though she couldn't see.

"WHAT?! SO WHERE ARE YOU?"

"Chill. I'm at Gaon's."

"Awww."

"Rain shut up. I was in the car with him already so I just decided to stay with him."

"Still."

"Anyways y/n I have to go, I'll talk to you later alright?"

"Yep! See ya!"

"See ya!"

She hung up and I continued my journey down to the kitchen.

I had pretty much nothing to do, so I just rooted through the pantry.

I wasn't too hungry, I just wanted to see if there was anything worth eating right now. Plus what else am I supposed to do?

As I was rooting through the various snacks Gaon had, I heard a tapping sound.

It sounded like it was coming from the window, so of course I had to take a quick glance.

I spotted a figure of a man in the window. He was tapping the glass and smiling weirdly. I then noticed it was the same man from the other night.

I froze.

I couldn't move from my spot or even yell.

The man held up a knife up to the window. Although this time it wasn't a small knife like before. It was a big kitchen knife.

"Fuck that." I said finding the courage to finally move from my spot.

I ran to the front and back door and locked it.

I grabbed a knife from the kitchen, just in case, and darted up the stairs to alert Gaon.

I slammed the door open and saw him still asleep.

"GAON!" I shook him awake.

He quickly woke up, although he was confused to say the least.

"What's wrong?" He asked tiredly.

"THE MAN FROM THE OTHER NIGHT IS HERE!" I yelled.

Damn I need to lower the volume.

"Woah Woah calm down honey."

He sat up and held my shoulders.

"Where is he?" He asked.

"He was tapping on the kitchen window."

Before he could say anything the sound of glass breaking echoed throughout the house.

I quickly picked up my phone and dialed the police.

"They'll be here in 15 minutes." I said looking at Gaon.

He nodded.

Then realization hit me.

I kinda had to use the bathroom.

I turned to Gaon and tapped his shoulder.

"Hm?"

"I kind of have to use the bathroom."

"Damn. Can you hold it for 15 minutes?"

"No."

"Why now?!"

"I can't control when I have to use the bathroom!"

He sighed.

I creaked the door open a bit to see if the coast was clear.

"Star what are you doing?"

"I'm just checking to see if I can quickly run across. Chill I'll be alright ."

I mean the bathroom was right across from his room.

I didn't see anything so I tried to quickly dart across to the bathroom.

As soon as I stepped foot outside the room the man was at the top of the steps.

Since I had no other option I quickly pushed the man down the steps, completely forgetting about the knife that I could've used to i dont know STAB the man.

Anyhow, I took the opportunity to run in the bathroom and lock the door.

After a few minutes the police arrived and i darted out the bathroom towards Gaon's room.

As soon as I made it back in the room I felt arms wrap around me.

"Star I was so worried. I'm so glad you're alright."

"I told you I'd be fine." I smiled.

"You got lucky is all."

"WHAT? No. I pushed him down the stairs that's not luck." I said rolling my eyes jokingly.

"Oh well." He shrugged.

"kys."

"STAR YOU CANT SAY THAT TO PEOPLE."

"Oops."
