luke was always bubbly and happy and penny didn't like him when he wasn't.

penny let out a laugh at his text before heading to sort her appearance out. she didn't know which angle to take it at but she finally ended with 'the up high angle' as she called it. her makeup was spot on and her lip stick was bright as she pouted her lips and took the picture.
