"My Daddy is a 101"

Start from the beginning

Alena looked at her as if she was crazy.

,,But I'm not. My daddy is a 101"

She assured, her brows slowly starting to furrow. This made her look scarily similar to her mother.

Ms Marx shook her head before dialing Natashas number.

...

After school, Alena was instructed to stay behind to clear up the case of her dad's age.

Natasha and Steve weren't too happy about being pulled out of a mission last minute, but their daughter always came first.

,,Mama, Daddy"

Alena chirped as she scrambled to get to her parents.

Steve picked her up, before inquiring:

,,What have you little rascal done that we're here today?"

His daughter just shrugged innocently.

As far as she was concerned, she had simply stated her fathers age.

,,Ahh, you must be Alenas parents. Do you know why I had her stay here?"

Ms Marx introduced herself with a friendly smile.

,,Honestly, Ms Marx, we don't. My husband and I actually had a last minute work trip that you pulled us out of"

Natasha sassed, her patience limited.

,,Right. Your daughter stated that her dad is 101 years old"

The teacher elaborated, her face radiating an amusement.

Neither Natasha nor Steve saw how that was funny. Their daugther had said the truth.

,,Ms Marx, do you know who we are?"

Steve asked in a friendly, yet determined tone.

,,I don't happen to know your last names, but quite frankly, you do look familiar"

Ms Marx stated, oblivious to Nats and Steve's identities.

,,Uh oh, теперь ты в беде (now youre in trouble)"

Alena piped up innocently as she pulled at her dad's shirt.

Nat let out a stifled laughter.

,,Steve Rogers nice to meet you. This is my wife, Natasha Romanoff"

Steve introduced himself and Natasha.

A switch flipped inside the teachers brain.

,,Rogers as in 'Captain America'. I am so sorry, or course"

She apologised frantically.

,,Maybe look at the address list next time. Our names are on there. If you don't mind, we'll take Alena home now"

Natasha responded sassily with a smile directed towards the teacher.

Alena copied the exact smile.

,,Не будь дерзкой, Алена. (Dont be cocky, Alena)"

Her mother scolded, though internally she was glowing with pride.

,,My Daddy's a 101"

The 7 year old smirked at her teacher before she was carried out of the door.

A/N: Honestly, not one of my best ones but certainly a little funny.
I thought I'd incorporate that, because hey, who can say they've got a dad who's 101.
Might be worth mentioning that timelines do not make sense in this entire book. I just do whatever I want.
Anyways, thank you so much for still reading these, we've come a long way since December.
As always, stay amazing and see you around :)
