Collecting once again in the centre of the police department, the group gathered in a circle around Lieutenant Banks's desk. Morgan was being what Ivie assumed was his normal relaxed self, half sitting, half leaning against the desk with JJ and Rossi standing next to him. She found herself between Hotch and yet again Reid, it wasn't intentional she swore, something about his aura gave her a great sense of comfort

"The whole thing sounds bizarre. You believe him?"

Banks was a little unconvinced by the team's revelation that their guy wasn't the now serial murderer

"Fetishists aren't generally violent, he had a need for the limbs but no desire to kill" Ivie replied

"Then who are we looking for?"

Now it was the profile's time to shine, Ivie had learnt that they'd go around each adding details to it one at a time, first come first serve style. It seemed a little convoluted but who was she to mess with a working system, either way, Hotch started this time

"Single white male, 30 to 40, living in isolation"

"He seeks out solitude because he was probably raised in an abusive home and he's still looking for refuge"

"Chances are he lost his job recently, which is why he sold the body parts"

Swiftly moving from Hotch to Morgan to JJ and next likely Rossi, she realised that her earlier doubts about this system were uncalled for. The team knew how to move harmoniously playing to individual strengths but also being able to move as a singular unit, it was amazing to see

"His lack of social skills point to menial work, but his sophistication tells us he's more intelligent than we thought"

"Just like Jeffrey Dahmer, he's also deranged, but he's learned from others' mistakes. He knows not to keep strong smells around too long, which is why he disposes of the torsos within a few days"

The way that Reid explained things was so endearing to her, she could get lost in his endless drabbles but that was essentially the opposite of helpful here, especially when she needed to help in delivering the profile

"It's likely he snapped due to a serious rejection. If he finally built up the courage to ask a woman out, he would have been clumsy and aggressive, so she probably pushed him away"

As her sentence came to an end Ivie looked towards Hotch to continue the profile

"It's why he got rid of all the things that symbolised intimacy. It's how his psychopathy developed"

Lieutenant Banks still seemed to be missing a few pieces of the puzzle, granted it probably wasn't helped by six profilers staring at him. Moving his head slightly so it fitted between the groove of his thumb and index finger he aimed his question towards the team
