"Yeah, I'm sure they want to be involved in this second half of the video anyway." Vinnie said, Evan gave a quick nod of his head before quickly walking back down to the basement. Vinnie turned around to look at Jeff. "Are you ready to film a couple more times? You aren't tired of holding the camera are you?" He asked, letting out a small chuckle.

Jeff rolled his eyes as he held the camera in one hand, shaking out his other and then doing the same thing with the other hand. He looked at VInnie with an unimpressed look. "I think I can handle maybe like..another hour of holding the camera Vinnie." Jeff said with a deadpan expression. Vinnie snickered as he turned around, seeing Evan and Y/n walk back up the stairs. Y/n looked a bit tired still as they let out a quiet yawn, reaching a hand up to rub at their eyes to try and get the sleepiness out of their eyes and head.

Then everyone headed upstairs into the main workout area that Evan had that wasn't just in his basement, Evan grabbed a turquoise yoga mat. He turned to look over at Jeff who was holding the camera in his hand. "You ready Jeff?" He asked. Vinnie was just standing behind a piece of lifting material while you were standing behind Jeff, making sure everything looked right and in view. Jeff nodded and he held up three fingers.

"Three..two..one.. And go!" Jeff said, pulling his hand away and out of the shot. Evan looked over at the camera as he smiled. "Hey guys um we are coming to you after this nighttime jog that Vince was just having and uh, I thought this would be a good opportunity to talk to you guys about yoga." Evan said as Jeff slightly moved the camera to point over at vinnie who was standing next to one of the many lifting and exercise machines and stuff that Evan had. Y/n was standing off to the side next to Jeff, Jeff moved the camera back over to Evan so the camera was getting Evan in the shot.

"Yoga yeah, it sounds like a chick thing, but it's actually not." Evan explained as he held the yoga mat in his hand, "It's really helpful for your muscles. So let's say for example um, you were just running like Vince was just doing and what you want to do is make sure that you're stretching out your legs, okay?" Evan continued to explain as he started to unravel the yoga mat. Jeff panned the camera over to look at Vinnie before once again turning the camera back over to Evan.

"And though this isn't necessarily yoga, it's still stretching, it's still important." Evan grabbed the handle of a machine and grabbed the back of his foot and he pulled on it, stretching out his muscles.

"So what you can do is grab your foot like this and kind of pull on it. Count to about fifteen, just about fifteen seconds. You know one, Mississippi two and that'll stretch out your um..thighs right here." He said as he hit his thigh slightly as he hummed.

"And that's going to help out because that's what you're using for running. Stretch out each leg evenly. And now, another one you can use for the legs, it's called a downward dog stretch."

"I'll show you what that looks like right here on my yoga mat! " He got down on the yoga mat and placed his left foot in front and then his right leg behind. "Good thing for the calves you want to go down on your hands and knees and go up on your toes. Try to push the heel of your foot towards the floor."

"Alright? So you're kind of going up and push it towards the floor?"

Then Evan switched his feets positions, so he was now doing the stretch in the opposite way, "Switch your feet pushing that going to almost like a mountain climber stretch, or you can do both feet at the same time. "Evan said as he got down onto the yoga mat and held his body up, his hands on the sides of the mat. Evan lifted his head up to look at the camera.

"I like to do one at a time because then you know that you're stretching it real good all right, so that's downward dog stretch now. Let's say you were doing other muscles." Evan said as he got up from the mountain climber stretch he had just been doing , he placed his hands together in a fist like position

"Let's say you weren't just jogging. Maybe you were lifting. Maybe you were doing some Cardio hitting a bag or something like that." He said as he punched the air slightly and used his hands to make it look like he was lifting some weights. You were chuckling behind the camera, smiling at Evan with a happy grin.

Evan placed his hands on his stomach and hit it a couple times softly, "Maybe you were doing some crunches working your abs, here's a good ab one. After you guys have done your crunches and after not before." Evan explained as he got back down on his knees and on the mad, he still had one of his hands on his chest. Then he got down on the mat, placing his hands on the sides of the mat and had his legs straight together on the mat.

He pushed his chest out forward as he stretched, you and everyone watched him carefully, you were actually interested in what was happening. "You're going to be using all your muscles crunching hard, what you want to do is lie on your belly and push straight up. This is called a Cobra stretch,other people call this narrow dog stretch, but those people are stupid, this is much more like a cobra than a dog."

You chuckled, shaking your head, "of course he would say that."You whispered under your breath as you tapped your foot.

"So! What that does is it stretches out the muscles that you just worked, so not only will you get a rock-hard beautiful stomach. But also be real flexible so you can do that, "Evan said with a grin as he rolled his body a bit, you were trying to stifle the small laugh that was escaping your throat. A small giggle escaped your lips. "And all wiggle and breakdance." Evan said as he held his hands up looking up at the camera.

"You know in case you need to do that kind of shit. Alright so-" Evan said but Vinnie interrupted him, Jeff turned the camera over towards Vinnie, they were sitting on the lifting bars. "Evan hinted at it before with the keyword 'after'. Stretching too much beforehand actually weakens your muscles." Vinnie wasn't wearing his glasses, he had his arms out across the poll bar that was holding up two pieces of weight plates on it.

"And that will make it harder to complete the task at hand. So if you were going to lift, you don't want to do an intense arm stretch. If you're going to do ab work you don't want to do the cobra stretch before your workout."

"While it is good to do a light stretch just to make everything limber up, so you are able to do the light workout."

"Keep the yoga and stuff strictly after." Vinnie ended as he smiled softly at the camera, You gave a thumbs up and Jeff ended the recording, he yawned placing the camera down on the ground.

"We did great guys!" You said giving everyone a high five, Evan chuckled as he smiled at you having his arms crossed. "I mean you helped us with the script, if we didn't have you I don't know what we would be saying in these videos."He said snickering.

"Ok, Jeff will be able to get all of this edited up, now what do you guys want to do for the next upload?" Vinnie asked as he stood up and looked at everyone. You smiled, an idea immediately popping into your head.

"What about how eating healthy foods or well, what you eat can affect your dreams?" You inquired looking at the group for their opinion. Evan seemed to be on board, So did Jeff. vinnie was contemplating your words and idea. He let out a small hum as he placed a hand on his chin thinking.

"I think that could work pretty well! Let's do it!" Vinnie said as he agreed to the idea. You did a small victory dance as you chuckled. Evan laughed at your antics and joined you. Vinnie and Jeff just watched the two of you. A smile on both of their faces.
