Description:
When a quirk is thrown at them it will decay before contact. Similar to Shigaraki's quirk. There is a forcefield-type thing around Oc's body that stops quirks from contacting directly.
Decay doesn't work on people with Mutation and Transformation quirks. But if someone with a quirk like Shigaraki/Overhaul that needs direct contact to use. Their body can be decayed along with the quirk.
Side effects:
Oc is scared of their quirk since they couldn't control when the quirk became activated. It took constant training for oc to have total control over it.
