Oc must place them in a coma-like sleep to relive their deepest must dreams whether it is their greediest desire or their deepest fear it solely depends on what the deepest dreams of the person are.
They also have supernatural strength, and they can use their wish-granting powers for themselves without repercussions. Oc can take the energy of the person into a coma-like sleep.
Side effects:
Oc has a strong weakness to pure sliver if they come in contact with silver they let out a piercing scream and it can temporarily take away Oc's quirk.
